Sought out service manager for guidance on winter tires, ordered tires and tires were installed next day! Was encouraged to bring in vehicle on Saturday instead of waiting until Monday.

Great service

Everyone was cheerful when I arrived. The staff was right on time with my appointment and my car was inspected in a timely manner. The entire process took roughly 20 minutes. I would recommend Fox Honda to everyone.

recall rear view camera soft ware

found a dirty engine filter so I was able to replace that at the same time as fixing the recall

Excellent service, wonderful people.

Andy, the service manager, oversaw the process from beginning to end and was helpful and efficient. Tami, the service rep was helpful and friendly and kept me apprised of each step in the repair. Tami is amazing. Annie was very upbeat in the process of securing a rental car, the cost of which was covered by the extended warranty. I drive and hour each way in order to have my CRV serviced by Fox because they do such a great job. THANK YOU!

Great purchase experience

Shawn and Ryan were extremely helpful. Shawn listened to what I was looking for and found exactly that. He didn't try to push an alternative vehicle as an option. He answered all my questions and presented the information clearly. I appreciated his patience and taking his time with the decision process.
