What a pleasant experience

Wow. So this is the first car that I've bought myself. I had a really good experience with Kevin. He kept me up to date with every step along the way. He wasnt aggressive and he was very kind. He even stayed very late at the dealership for us to close. I would highly reccomend this salesman.

Quick and easy process

Our experience was excellent. Ronald is a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly sales representative. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible! I absolutely love my car and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for vehicle.

Exceptional Service

I had been searching high and low for another car. I even took to Facebook to get opinions of others of where to shop around for a new car. I had been referred to several dealerships and sales persons (all of who had been tagged on Facebook) some didn't respond, some may have liked the tag but Ronald was the ONLY person who took the time to reach out to me. He was prompt, kind and very conversant with the information pertaining to any question that I had. He was very thorough with the process and details on the sale. HE SAVED ME MONEY BIG TIME!!!! Because I was very adamant about what I wanted to pay! Through it all he remained kind and I left feeling like I made the best and right decision on this sale, rather than feeling like I had just been gotten over. I don't want to do business with anyone else but him. Thanks Ron! I actually had financing when I walked through the door but the deal that I got from the dealership was so good I chose it over my financing company. Joel was very nice and he explained everything to me so that I completely understood my purchase down to the last cent. Thanks Joel!

Max Service from Maxwell

I was nervous about going to an actual dealership to buy my next car. When I met Mr. Ronald Maxwell he came off as very honest and strait-forward. He educated me about the process and made sure I understood everything before I signed the dotted line. He will be the only dealer I do business with for future purchases!

Purchase of Mazda 3

Sandy Sansing has been a location which most of my family has gone through in their purchasing of vehicles. Jody Vaughn was the sales representative whom sold us the Mazda. Jody was helpful and we truly felt he wanted our business. He worked his hardest to find a compromise which satisfied both parties and we were very impressed at the lengths which he went to aide us in obtaining this Mazda. Absolutely no complaints regarding customer service, as we were lucky to have found Mr. Vaughn. Mr. Joel was the finance manager with whom we did business with and he made the process simple and enjoyable. Overall was a very good experience through the Sansing dealership.

Excellent Service-2014 Genesis

Alan Sims was not only personable but was knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He made what could be a stressful experience manageable. Joel in Finance made the process of signing my life away a learning experience as if he was one of my professors, loved it! Definitely do not need to go without mentioning Chris is Service for giving me those little details about my purchase that I greatly appreciate. Taking the time to talk to me even though he had a pile of many other things to deal with I am sure. . .makes it all worth it. Thanks so much guys!
