5 stars as always for Mr. Glen Barker and the team at Hendrick Honda!!! This time my Trailsport was due for EVERY service and there was a slow leak in one of the tires!! Sheesh! Everything was completed same day AND had it washed AND they partnered with a finance company so I can actually drive my beautiful SUV to the beach this weekend and not be completely broke!!

Made an appointment to get my car serviced and a state inspection. I have a service plan that covers the oil change, so when I got my invoice, I called to let them know. I had the unfortunate experience of talking to the worst service advisor I've ever encountered. When I told him about the service plan he asked who it was through and I told him that I had purchased it when I got my car at a Honda dealership in Florida. He got very snippy with me and told me there were several places it could have been purchased from and that I was going to have to call the FL dealership to find out what company it was from. Not that I minded calling, but typically when I have had my car serviced at other dealerships, they called the Honda in FL from where I purchased the plan. So I called the GL dealer and asked what company, and they gave me the policy number and name. I called Honda South Blvd and told the service consultant what I had. He then asked me for the phone number, which he did not ask me for before. I had to call the other dealerships again to get the phone number. When I called back, there wasn't a thank you or screw you to be had. Also, when I got to the dealership to pick up my car, they had unplugged my dash cam and just left the wires hanging. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership for anything.

Great experience, maybe the most pleasant car buying

I had a great experience working with Pat Foy.

I had a great experience working with Pat Foy. I was looking for a Civic hybrid for my son. I was really in exploration mode and didn't know where to begin. Pat was able to quickly ask all the right questions to funnel me into what I think are the right decisions. This is the kind of stuff you hope to get from everybody, so kudos and thank you to Pat for delivering! He was very kind and nice in explaining everything in detail and offered to check with my son from time to time if he needs any help. Great guy
