TLDR: Don't buy your car from here if you are Trans or
TLDR: Don't buy your car from here if you are Trans or non Binary, unless you want to experience transphobia. During my purchase of my new vehicle i noted that the address on my registration was taken down wrong. The whole time i was told that it would be fixed. Come to find out that it wasn't fixed, when i called they told me i had to do it myself. Furthermore if you are any person from the LGBT+ community I would tell you to steer clear from this place. I am afab and i have a traditionally masculine name. Anytime i would call to try and get the address figured our for my registration they would assume the car wasn't mine. Even after i would go through all their hoops in the verification process. Then when i would ask to not be spoken like I wasn't there I was belittled. I would also like to note that they cracked my windshield as they were cleaning it and said nothing. I was about to drive away when i noticed something. it took three weeks for them to fix this and I was the one that had to keep calling about it. Every time i called they had forgotten to schedule me.

Honda of Serramonte is DISHONEST and PREDATORY. We went in on 12/20/25 to buy a Honda CR-V Hybrid advertised on their website for $23,886, only to be hit with FORCED dealer add-ons after agreeing to purchase. The salesperson, Jeff, flat-out lied, claiming the car didn't have a factory alarm and that we were REQUIRED to pay an additional $1,184 for a dealer installed after market, KARR Alarm plus, $159 for a vague "Road Advantage" he never explained. These dealer add-ons increased the price $1,343, above the advertised price. This was a shady bait & switch tactic. They also tried to give us a predatory interest rate on 8.99% even when we have pristine credit. After rejecting it and saying we could get better through our credit union, they dropped it down to 4.99% through Honda Finance. When we tried to resolve the issue directly with the dealership requesting a refund for the KARR Alarm that we were sold under false pretenses, the dealership has not returned our calls. AVOID this dealership, they are dishonest and will try to take advantage of you. I will be following up with reporting this dealership's practices to the CA Attorney General, the DMV, the Better Business Bureau, and the FTC.

Well.l went shopping out there for a replacement on a 24 Toyota Corolla LE that was already burning alot of oil at 45K .Sold that back to dealer.Then l decided to take a ride out to Honda of Serramonte on my Harley Was in need of a reliable vehicle very soon,since l do Uber.Went to look.Maybe buy.Walked in the door.And boom Saw my new baby was talking to me in the middle of the floor.Take me home.So l did.Bought on the spot.Everyone there was too kind.Very helpful and professional.Felt like one of the family out there.Loving my new Honda sooo much.26-CivicSport.Tnx guys.See u soon.
