Overall Honda of Serrramonte was okay.

Overall Honda of Serrramonte was okay. Daisy was great and removed junk security fees. The sales manager Matt berated me for not buying extended warranty and told me to remember his face when my car breaks down eventually... which I found very rude and somewhat odd.

Staff helped the buying process in a fun way.

Staff helped the buying process in a fun way. I had my 5-year-old with me and they made her feel at home she was happy during the process and we felt well taken care of

I negotiated and purchased the vehicle completely online,

I negotiated and purchased the vehicle completely online, that was a battle from the start. The correspondence was terrible, long long delays between emails. Not much better via the phone either. I asked to speak to the GM and explained my complaint, I explained that I would get better response if I was standing in front of him and he agreed, but he said he needed to run a business. My response was, isn’t online sales part of your business??? Poor poor online service. When I flew up to your location the service was much better, but maybe it was because of all of my complaining. Call me if you want a better explanation! Cliff 818 262-4832

Gave my sales guy Jeff a call in the morning for the car

Gave my sales guy Jeff a call in the morning for the car I wanted, we negotiated the price upfront over the phone before me coming in, he did what he could to prep the paperwork and the car was charged and ready for me to go. I was in and out of the dealership in about 90 mins. The pricing was favorable and they didn't mess me around with add-ons etc that I didn't want.

Excellent, expedient, and transparent sales and straightforward financing. Our sales rep, Edmund, was absolutely fantastic! He listened to our needs, was super knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We will be getting all our vehicles here from now on.
