Quality vehicle, great service

Got a great price on what seems to be a great vehicle so far. Also very happy with the customer service I received. Thomas was very friendly and helpful as the salesperson who assisted me. Yang, the finance officer who helped me, provided exceptional service. He put in a lot of care and time into finding the best loan offer available for me--which, since I purchased an older vehicle, is not as easy tasks at the moment! He even went the extra mile to give me tailored advice on how to optimally utilize the loan to build my credit (which he had earlier heard me mention was a a goal of mine). Would absolutely recommend.

Poor Customer Service

Horrible customer service. I came to look at a used van listed on the website on Monday- it was not available as it was being "detailed". I received 3 emails and 9 phone calls giving me updates on when the van would be ready from Monday - Saturday. They finally call me on Saturday at 4p. I call back at 6:30p and the vehicle is out on a test drive. I spoke to Edmund and Jimmy (who's supposed to be a manager) and both of them raised their voice and said it's an open market and they do not hold cars. So, they string me a long for a week and call me 9 times and send 3 emails but they can't wait a couple hours for me get to see the vehicle? What kind of customer service is that?

The search is over

I needed a new car. I met Luis Diaz and he was wonderful and very helpful. The Accord Hybrid is just what I was looking for and Luis made the whole experience easy.
