Great experience and friendly service. Robbie was our salesman and he was polite, helpful, and made the experience surprisingly enjoyable compared to the typical car buying experience.

Several things stood out, but one more than the others

Several things stood out, but one more than the others were the friendly welcoming reception we received from everyone Kudos to Tabitha, our sales person. Tabitha really went out of her way to make my wife and I feel at ease during the process. She was very knowledgeable about our vehicle selection, attentive to our questions and followed up with us after the sale. Nice work,Tabitha, We are looking forward to our next vehicle purchase with Tabitha and Sandi Sansing.

I recently purchased my truck from Tiffany at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this dealership runs a tight ship. Susan was amazing and took such good care of me.

Susan was amazing and took such good care of me. Her guidance and knowledge and experience were invaluable to my buying a vehicle. It saved me from an really had my back and mafe me depreciation of a lesser car and put me in a better vehicle that will work better for the long run. Susan had me think long term not instant gratification. She even guided me in insurance savings. What a blessing she was to an emotional, overwhelmed car buyer who did NOT want a car payment after an accident through no fault of my own. But now I am set with a reliable vehicle. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I will highly recomend to everybody in need of a vehicle.

I called another local dealer where we actually purchased

I called another local dealer where we actually purchased our daughter’s car & they were not helpful. We were told they had to keep the car 3-5 days to even diagnose the speaker issue on our 2025 Trax. I then called the service dept at Sandy Sansing & got Bobby. He was extremely helpful when I explained my daughter was only home for Friday-Sunday. He said please get it in the shop before 8am & let us see what we can do. Of course he heard the rattle in the speaker BUT the tech didn’t. So that being said we picked the car up later that afternoon & he assured us that they tried many times to recreate the rattle. That being said I feel confident that if & when she hears the noise again or if any other issues arise our only call will be to Sandy Sansing! The whole service dept was very nice! Thank you!!

We were searching for an affordable vehicle because we

We were searching for an affordable vehicle because we are truly at rock bottom. My wife and I have been through so many major life events that led us to living in a room at my mother-in-law’s house. My mother-in-law is a beautiful soul who has stood by us through it all. She took us to Sandy Sansing knowing most of the vehicles were likely trade-ins and might just serve as basic transportation for a short time. Tabitha had already contacted me by text before we arrived, and she greeted us with a big smile and a handshake as soon as we walked in. She walked us through all the vehicles I was interested in, and ultimately brought out one she felt was the best fit. At first, I was hesitant—it needed some interior items fixed and wasn’t even on my original list. But once I drove it, I was so impressed. I realized it had a lot of potential to last a long time with just a few small fixes and regular maintenance. Tabitha went above and beyond, working with the manager to get us an amazing deal we never expected. I’ve never had an experience like this. I will recommend Sandy Sansing in Pensacola to everyone I meet and I’ll tell them to ask for Tabitha!
