One of the worst dealerships since world ford.

One of the worst dealerships since world ford. I went in with a pre-approval and told them it was the bank I wanted to use. Still 6 hard inquiries on my credit report. When I asked the reason, I was told my bank denied the loan. They denied the car most likely, I contacted my bank they said my loan was not denied. I have financed cars with this bank before. Nice try but I will be buying a car elsewhere now.

TJ and Rod were excellent!

TJ and Rod were excellent! TJ was patient and fought to get us the best deal possible. Rod let us use his office and helped us set up the electronics in our new car. As first time buyers we were very comfortable and would highly recommend this dealership, TJ, and Rod. I will be back when I need another car!

I bought my car on 1/7/26 my salesman was Jake. Jake was patient, caring, considerate, very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Jake is number one in my book and I am very grateful to have had him as my salesman. I will recommend him to my family and friends. Everyone i met at Sandy Sansing was nice. Jake Keeps doing what you are doing because you are the best. The car i bought was a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. Thank you Jake

Worst car buying experience ever.

Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a car for my daughter in September. Soon after, the car had a major oil leak caused by an improperly installed harmonic balancer. The damage was latent and required a complete engine replacement. Attempted to contact the dealer, but no word from them until I called back (for probably the 50th time) in January. Mike lied about calling me back. Kelly reached out twice today. The dealership offered no real help. It's unfortunate, the poor business practices. Common courtesy would have been to call back with a serious offer.

Unfortunately, the internal engine issues were not detected until the damage had already occurred. The dealership did offer to take the vehicle as a trade, which was declined. We’re sorry we were unable to meet your desired resolution and appreciate your feedback.

Let facts speak for themselves. The engine issues were pre-existing. The "trade offer" a couple thousand off another vehicle from them. And was only made after MONTHS of me trying to get a hold of them. Why would anyone risk more money at a dealership that does not make sure the vehicles they sell are even road worthy?

Bought used cars all over the country over the last 15

Bought used cars all over the country over the last 15 years and never dealt with a company this shady in my life. They sell non-roadworthy auction cars as if they are pre-owned, and withhold or misrepresent the carfax, and instead of returning your money, they'll reset all the warnings on a bad car, misrepresent it and call that good business. This is the Sandy Sansing way. I might accept this kind of malicious behavior from a shoddy buy-here-pay-here or some other low quality, gray market lot but instead this type of business is par for the course for Sandy Sansing, who claims to be a reputable dealer. His employees are trained to sell non-roadworthy cars as a great used purchase. Don't let the friendly commercials fool you, this guy is the biggest crook and scammer out there. Absolutely disgusting.

These claims are false. Vehicles sold by our dealership are clearly disclosed by category, including pre-owned vehicles and AS-IS wholesale vehicles. AS-IS vehicles are identified in writing, priced accordingly, and acknowledged by the buyer at the time of purchase as requiring repairs and carrying no warranty. We do not sell “non-roadworthy” vehicles while representing them as certified or warrantied, we do not withhold Carfax reports, and we do not reset or misrepresent vehicle warnings. Documentation provided at the time of sale contradicts these statements. Disagreement with a purchase or buyer’s remorse does not justify defamatory accusations against our business or our employees. We stand by our sales process, disclosures, and records.

My previous car was in bad shape and I had to find a reliable car quick and fast to get to work .She went out her way with a smile; ensuring I was confident with this purchase .
