Due to work circumstances I didn’t have a ton of time to spend at the dealership etc. Via email text communication I was honest up front on what I could afford and if they were able to meet me at that price. The crew at Pete Moore Volkswagen went above and beyond. They took the vehicle for a third party inspection the day before upon my request, they prepared all the paperwork so that when I came in Saturday morning I spent only about 10 minutes. Where can you get in and out of a dealer in 10 minutes! I Presented my checks signed some docs they had the vehicle ready and waiting license and registration and permanent Florida plates already tagged- huge perk for Florida and any dealers who are able to do that.- They even sent me away with a full tank of Gas. At no time did I feel pressured or stressed. I 100% recommend the folks over at Pete Moore.

My car buying journey began at Pete Moore service department after some undesirable circumstances with my previous vehicle. I considered all options for repair before ultimately deciding that a used car or even a new vehicle might be money better spent considering the repair costs. I began with an idea of what I wanted before deciding to take my time and look at every option within the area that fit my price-point and selection criterion. My last car was a Volkswagen so I was comfortable choosing another VW, however I looked at every other make. I perceived that there was added value with another VW dealer nearby and drove to see their models as well. Pete Moore Imports was my last stop and I was lucky enough to sit down with Jeff Korel and Mark Torelli. I explained every one of my concerns, and my experience. They listened and asked to hear more which I gladly revealed the details from the service center to sitting down with them that day. I could not believe they took the time to hear all of my concerns and provide me an offer that I could not refuse. They had no idea I had already signed for another VW with someone else, but I just felt that they would go above and beyond because they understood. I may never seen another dealership in my life! I understand they can help me get with any vehicle, and I plan on taking Jeff and Mark up on that offer- if and only if I decide the next few VW's my family and I buy from them are not enough. They worked with me to the very end, and ensured I was happy leaving with every warranty I asked for as well packaged together. I thought I would be driving away in something used, and they directed me to what they knew would fit in a New Car! Extremely grateful for having this experience as I have, so that I may appreciate the care, knowledge, and great customer service by Mark Torelli and Jeff Korel from Sales and Samantha from Service!

I wanted to do a follow up to the review that was sent for a service visit that was done on 24 April 2023, for an installation of a Bumperdilla. Originally the installation was not done correctly and a review was sent to Pete Moore Imports in response to that installation. However, after talking to the Service Manager, Monty, he assured me that this was not a normal service visit for this dealership, and he wanted to make sure they got it right. Monty followed up with setting up an appointment to get my VW Atlas back in to the dealership for a New installation of the Bumperdilla, and within 24 hours, I was able to get my Atlas in for the New Bumperdilla, and was in and out within 45 minutes. Although I was not satisfied with my first installation, the Pete Moore Import Service Department went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with this installation of the New Bumperdilla. I was impressed with the Excellent followup service by the Service Department, Service Manager Monty and a special shout out to Mark Torelli, for his outstanding customer service. Thank You for making this service visit a five star experience !!

First, everyone, greeted me with a smile and spoke, even though they were not my sales person. They patiently answered all my questions, walked me through all the steps without making me feel ignorant. Being a single woman buying a car is alone can be intimidating. Everyone especially David Swartout treated me with respect and dignity. I would recommend Pete Moore dealership to anyone.
