I was able to get in and out within 40 minutes for an oil change, filter, and tire rotation. Very fast, but it is not season. They did a good job and were very pleasant.

I picked up a 2026 Expedition Platinum with the Ultimate package a few weeks ago and I’ve been really happy with it so far. First, I’ve got to mention my sales guy, Tom Spicer. He made the whole process easy—no runaround, no wasting time, just straight to the point. That alone made a big difference. As soon as I got it, I had all the windows tinted (everything except the pano roof), and went with ceramic tint. I also added clear ceramic on the windshield. It looks great and makes a huge difference here in the Florida heat. Driving it has honestly been the biggest surprise. For a big SUV, it’s super smooth and feels really solid. But the engine is what really got me. It absolutely screams when you get on it. This is definitely not the same kind of 6-cylinder I had in my 2019 Explorer—it’s a completely different animal. When you need to get up to speed, it does it fast without even trying. Inside is exactly what you’d expect from a Platinum—really comfortable, loaded with tech, and just a nice place to be. One thing I didn’t expect was how good the B&O sound system is. I believe it’s 22 speakers with a separate sub, and it really rocks. Easily one of the better factory systems I’ve heard. BlueCruise is also a nice bonus and makes highway driving a lot more relaxed. Overall, no regrets at all. It’s smooth, quick, comfortable, and just feels like a big upgrade all around.

I’ve only dealt with the service department at this dealership but they are first class!! Always very informative and a pleasure to work with! The waiting area is awesome with everything you could need to relax while you wait. I drive by another dealership just to go to Coconut Point Ford!!

He was professional and especially kind to answer all of my questions....even went back the next day for more information on Ford Pass and some of the bells and whistles of this remarkable vehicle. You will be in good hands. Billie finalized the sale with an extraordinary level of integrity and transparency. My husband is a numbers guy, and Billie was able to alleviate all of his concerns. If you ive in the Naples, Bonita or Estero area...Coconut Pointe should be your dealership.
