I had an easy great experience buying my New 2026 Ford Explorer ST Line at Coconut Point Ford. My Sales Associate Tom Spicer did great getting me a deal and the Finance guy explained the extended warranty very clearly, I would definitely go to Coconut Point Ford Again.

Took car in for oil change and was told about 2 hours.Afterc sitting for about 2 hours asked giri how much longer and she looked a told me care was done and. I asked her why I was not called,she said I was called , I was sitting Less then five feet from her and heard nothing.Also had a mailer for discount on oil change ,she said I could not use it because I did not have a tire rotation..I retired from Ford after 37 years and have bought fords all my life, not a good way to keep coustomers.Thanks Bob Moore

Great service and communication with everyone involved. There was an issue outside of dealer control and it was swiftly corrected. Patrick and John McClean were professional, patient, and transparent.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Coconut Point Ford, and it was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and stress free. They were able to get me into a newer vehicle with a lower interest rate, and a lower monthly payment, which exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Ken, was incredibly attentive and really listened to what I was looking for. He took the time to understand my needs and worked hard to find the right fit without any pressure. The finance department was also to notch-professional, efficient, and clear in explaining everything. I’ve had a few bad buying experiences in the past, so I walked in hoping I wouldn’t go through that again. I can honestly say this experience completely changed my perspective. I highly recommend Coconut Point Ford. You will not be disappointed!
