We have purchased several vehicles from Coconut Point, and have always been happy with our sales person and staff. They are polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The sales person we have dealt with many times is Tom Spicer, and we highly recommend him.

New tire

Had a blown out sidewall on my Ford Fusion. No one had a replacement and quoted 2-3 days. Went to Ford Quicklane at the dealership, they didn?t either by Sarah took my rim, and told they?d have it done in the afternoon. Called back at 1 and sure enough they had it and mounted it so I went back & they put it on. Great service

ford escape service

Need extended warrantee work done on my Ford Escape at a time when dealerships are in demand. My service representative, Steve, took me under his wing and got my repair done in lightning speed. He took the time to interact with the insurance company and make sure all the work was done correctly and I was able to wait while the repairs were being done. He was the friendliest and polite service rep I ever experienced. He made the whole experience super good and I will always take my car back to Coconut Point Ford and Steve for service. He gets an A++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Coconut Point Ford

Needed a driver side mirror went to my Ford dealer where I bought my car to main shop. Shop guy order my mirror & then took me to Steve to make me appointment to replace the mirror he also called to the quick lube next to Jim & ask Gary to show me what I could use to take drywall scuff marks off my car, which Gary hooked me up with the stuff to get I only go here for all my needs & both businesses are very friendly know me by name. They take great car of me & my car. I love my Coconut Point guys!!!

Made the service appointment online at leaset a month

Made the service appointment online at leaset a month ahead of time. Got to the service department and was asked if I made the appointment online, which I did. I guess you're not suppose to do that. I was told they were booked 4 weeks out. The service rep was nice enough about it and said that my service only required me to use the quick lane. 3 hours later I got my oil changed battery checked and was on my way. Got home and I get an email from Ford saying they were sorry I missed my appointment. I quess I should just be happy I got it done.

A great little truck-for many reasons

Reserved Maverick in July 21 and took delivery March 22. This truck is great for our needs - can haul bigger items from trips to Home Depot, can easily take 2-3 kayaks out, picking up people at airport, and oh, amazing gas mileage. The gas mileage wasn't even a consideration when we first ordered it, but we all know what happened with gas prices since then. It is comfortable for long trips, and easy to navigate in town. Very pleased!
