My new ride

2014 Jeep Compass

I purchased a Jeep Compass for my daughter. She has had the vehicle for a little over a year and we have had no problems. We will be going back to Auto Locators for our son next. And if you don't like pressure ask for Tim or Bonnie. They were great to work with.

Great service, nice dudes!!!

Found a car after doing lots of research. Emailed them and he responded right away making the process really easy. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Very odd experience

On their website and on cars. Com they had two Cars I was interested in, both Lexus. Drove there and asked to see them. The gentlemen looked very confused and did some research. He told me the Lexus LS was given to a customer as a rental because he was getting work done to a car he was purchasing. I had never heard of this. He said he had no clue what time frame the customer would be using it for. I was disappointed, but I asked to see the Lexus IS. He searched around for keys, them stated "oh that's not a car we actually have". "A different customer wants to sell it, so we are advertising for them". "If you want to see it, the customer will have to drive it over". "We will need to work around his hours and set up an appointment". What?!?! What kind of dealership is this?!?!

Poor customer service

I gave these guys a couple of emails and never got a reply as if that wasn't enough I googled their website and got their number, called them and after making sure the car was still available I wanted to know about flexibility regarding the price and this guy just got angry and started telling me to go elsewhere and buy the base model as that one is cheapest. to confess I got angry too and told him I'd go elsewhere and buy another fully loaded version which I did and enjoying right now whilst his car is still unsold
