I rarely make a testimonial. I felt I needed to express my thanks to Auto Locator, Rochester, NY. Recently I purchased a 2012, MKX from the Webster Street location. The sales rep. Murphy was extremely helpful & professional. Being out of town I was unable to visit the location for a week, but because I expressed an interest in the vehicle they held it until I could test drive it. I had a minor balancing issue with the new tiers we had put on, the sales rep Murphy and the owners Oleg and Anthony all went out of their way to resolve this issue, which was the tier supplier?s issue and not theirs. I?ve already recommended them to a friend and when the time comes I will return to make future purchases. I wish the Lincoln Dealer I took the vehicle to showed as much customer service.

I was very pleased with the service and treatment from Murphey. There is no pressure when you arrive, test drive and decide to think about it. Always felt like I was talking to a new friend, and they want to help you out in any way they can, and trustworthy. The vehicle purchased was list priced very reasonably (even below dealer book). Its running great, no issues and no surprises. Will definitely return when we look for our next vehicle.

The car buying process is normally a hassle, NOT WITH AUTO LOCATORS! Usually when a salesperson is trying to make a deal, the "salesman" side of their personality is easy to pick up on. Murphy made this transaction quite pleasant. I really appreciate honesty and I feel this sale met my expectations when it came to that. The price was very competitive among like cars, There were quite a few hiccups that could have slowed this purchase considerably (not on their end), but Murphy worked with us to smooth things out. VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

We just purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Auto Locators. I really can't say enough about this small dealership and our salesman, Murphy. Not only are they one of the most reasonably priced dealers we looked at (and we looked at a lot), but they're also very straight forward, helpful, and low pressure. We test drove another van on their lot before we saw that their Webster location had an Odyssey. Murphy had the car brought to the Henrietta location the next day and really went above and beyond in helping us feel comfortable in our new car (he even went as far as helping us get our daughter's car seat installed properly after we purchased it). If you're looking for a new-to-you car without having to deal with the sometimes pushy and often deceptive bigger dealers, then I'd definitely recommend Auto Locators.

I recently purchased a 2012 RAV 4 from Auto Locators in Webster. Anthony was just great. He let me test drive the car and he explained everything to me about the buying process and was immensely helpful. He found me the right car at the right price and was very supportive through the whole process. I was never pressured to buy and it was not stressful at all. I traded in a 2001 Honda so there were many new features in my RAV 4 that I didn't have in my Honda. They answered all my questions and Oleg set up my Bluetooth and gps for me and showed me how to use any and all of the features I was unfamiliar with. I was never uncomfortable calling with a question and was treated very well. I had an issue with one of the windows and they promptly took care of it for me and I was given a car to drive while the repair was being done. My experience dealing with Auto Locators was very positive and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to stop in and see Anthony. He has an accommodating professional and honest team of people working for him. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to Anthony and your team for a great car buying experience ?

Purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain from Henrietta location. SUV was priced well below market value. Was able to get ziebart undercoating added at a good price too. They have great financing options, Obviously your credit score makes a difference but they got me below 2% while much larger dealers in the area could only get above 3% for similar purchase. I will absolutely buy from again and send anyone looking for a car to them. Thank you Auto Locators!

Bought a suv after i totaled my car on New Years day. They had a great price and got an excellent interest rate .Unfortunately their were some repairs that came up that were unexpected . Oleg stood behind the car 150 % including probably losing money . He went as far as giving his own car as a loaner to our surprise . Would not heitate buying another car from him .Very trustworthy and stands behind his cars.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Locators Inc. and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Buying a car can be an extremely stressful process, but there was no pressure, no attempts to sell me more than I needed, and on top of all of that I got a great car at a price below market value. Anthony was immensely helpful and answered every question that I had in a direct and no frills manner. A number of the "reputable" dealers whom I visited prior to Auto Locators Inc. were suffocating and the salesman was never more than a foot away, not at Auto Locators. I knew the vehicle I was interested in and Anthony let me take it for a test-drive alone and gave me a chance to look over the vehicle. Then when I returned and had questions he answered everything thoroughly and honestly. I have truly never had a more relaxing and refreshing car buying experience and I am grateful that I found Auto Locators Inc. and was able to deal with Anthony and his team!

I was getting frustrated looking for and haggling for the car I wanted. One dealer charges transfer fees to bring the car to their site. The other wanted to first know if I was really a buyer, then I was encouraged to haggle for my trade. Both places just seem so very wrong from a consumers point of view. Then of course I remembered Auto Locaters and Oleg. Why would I go anywhere else?? They had the car I wanted at the right price and from start to finish it took only 2 days before my new "girl" was in my garage. I'm VERY happy with Auto Locaters! Oleg is great!
