My niece and I spent two days in the heat going to multiple car lots trying to get this young new mother in a car and we hit brick wall after brick wall. Nothing is more aggravating for two women to talk to a salesperson and be treated like they're trying to trick or scam you. Tim Morrow at First Coast was amazing. He listened to what we wanted, asked what our expectations were and took her information down with kindness and understanding of what we'd been through the past two days. Then Tim Estes came in and they spoke to us direct and to the point (with respect and kindness) and made us feel like we had finally come to the right place. They were just amazing guys and I would definitely go back again and recommend them to anyone I know. All their cars are certified and they offer a 3 month warranty on all their vehicles at NO EXTRA COST. How amazing are these guys??
