I am a resident of Orlando and was in the market for a very specific Acura model for personal and sentimental reasons. First Coast had the vehicle in stock, and Darrell and Joe went above and beyond to work with me and get me into that car!! Because all our communication was done online, I actually did not see the car until I came to pick it up. I would never typically purchase a vehicle without test driving it, but Joe was thorough in explaining the origin of the vehicle and the complete inspection and the high standard guarantee 1st Coast Auto has with the vehicles they sell. From moment of getting out of car Darrell was amazing greeted me and my family my mom told him how much I had he showed us two cars the first was no but fell in love with 07 tc scion. The process was longer than excepted but we'll worth it at the end Mr Joe was Awsome with explains paper work

Chrystal was quick to greet us as soon as we stepped on the lot which most places don't do. That mad a big impact! She is so sweet and confident in what she does. Everyone in the office is welcoming, like family. Will definitely buy another car here!!
