Sales staff and financial depts were great!! The salesman, Dillon could have went over things better after sale was complete, knowing we had a Ram that we traded in, he could have assumed we knew everything about it, we did not!!! We did not get a receipt of payment, we were handed keys and told bye!!!! The detail dept needs to do a lot better job, our truck was covered in a greasy film on the wheels and windows. We didn’t know how to activate the air bags that were installed, the tire air pressure ranged from 60-90 pounds!!! Making the deal was simple and pleasurable, the efforts to make us happy was exceptional!!!!! Changed the external dielsel tank and grill guards for us!!! Yes!!! Defined recommend Carter County Dodge!!! The greatness outweighs the bad!!!!
