Tim Smith Acura

My experience at Tim Smith Acura was awesome. This is my 3rd Acura purchase from them. I could not be happier. Conor Ryan, my sales professional, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time explaining how all the gadgets worked and welcomed me back anytime. Gene Watson, the finance manager, explained everything to me until I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Tim Smith Acura.

Tim Smith Acura, The BEST!

I have been going to Tim Smith Acura for 17 years! I have been pleased with every automobile transaction I’ve had with them. I recently purchased my 2019 RDX that I had leased for 3 years. As usual, everything went smoothly. My Sales Rep, Earl Youngblood, was great. He handled everything for me in a timely manner with my best interest at heart. The same can be said for Gene Watson, Financial Manager. Ben Jenkins runs a super Sales Dept.

ACURA RDX

After spending several months on-line researching different SUVs, I found a 2018 RDX at Tim Smith ACURA that looked like something I would be interested in. I went to the dealership and decided this wasn’t the car I was looking to purchase. I was preparing to leave the dealership when the salesman mentioned that a 2017 RDX had just come in. This vehicle had been well cared for and I decided to purchase it. The vehicle was washed, vacuumed, and my tag was put on it. After I got home, I got to thinking that the purchase numbers didn’t add up. I looked over the paperwork and realized I had paid $889.90 in dealer prep fees. When a new car or truck arrives at a dealership from the manufacturer it must be made ready or prepped for sale by the dealer. Most car dealers will charge from $500 to a few thousand dollars depending on the dealer. Realizing the profit potential, some dealers have started charging this excessive fee on used cars also. I should have looked over the paperwork better before signing all the documents. That I paid $889.90. for a car wash and vacuum is on me, and it is entirely legal for a dealer to do this. I have done business in the past with Tim Smith ACURA and have always thought highly of them, but no more. Just because a business can legally do something doesn’t mean it’s good for their business to do it. Earl Youngblood (sales) and Gene Watson (finance) were great. They are very, very good at what they do. The buyer should always carefully look over the final purchase paperwork. Caveat Emptor…

Everything you want a dealership to have - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly sales - CJ Branson was a delight to work with, was very up front, and guided us in our selection. Much appreciated! Gene Watson helped us with warranty selection and got us through the paper work, again, much appreciated. Overall, a successful, pleasant experience, and a good value.

Tim Smith Acura, Fort walton Beach

Conner Ryan is very intelligent and well informed. He spent 30 minuets teaching me the 2020 MDX car systems, audio, car play, navigation, cruise control, and sound system. We had a great experience from start to finish.

Earl Youngblood is a excellent salesman very helpful and accommodating your finance dept is not so helpful as I had to ask for the paperwork then hit me with a $113 dollar charge they forgot about .Then to get my tag for the !st call was told he will call back never did,2nd call got put on hold.
