My dealing with Tristan and his management was awful. In typical fashion, the salesman pretended he was my best friend. I explained that I had a trade, I had $1500 to put down, and I wanted to stay under $300 per month. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission lowering my credit score each time (essentially to prevent me from being approved at other dealerships). He said my down payment would need to be $5600 (they basically increased the sales price by $5600 so that amount would all go directly in his pocket) AND increased my monthly payments an additional $100 to be sure the lienholder (with 23% interest) would get double the price of the vehicle. When I brought these things up…I was ghosted. They already did the damage to my credit. And from the way they treated me (if you read other reviews)…it’s obvious that they only care about squeezing every cent from you. It’s all lies. Shady shady people who are gathering and laughing about how they screw over others

New service manager was great and very attentive to everyone. The service staff however who worked with me at the beginning needed attention. The pickup was much better but again it was the service manager that helped me. She is working hard to get things right there and wish her luck.

I initially purchased my Lexus from Coggin at The Avenues in Jacksonville. Buyer beware. At the time of purchase, the vehicle did not come with the proper wheel lock key. I was assured one would be provided within 30 days. When that time came, the dealership was unable to supply it and instead told me I would need to go to a Lexus dealership on my own—at my own expense—which I found unacceptable given this was an issue from the original purchase. Eventually, they provided a key and assured me it was the correct one. I trusted that assurance. I am now at a tire shop attempting to purchase two new tires and have been told the wheel lock key they provided is defective and unusable. The shop now has to figure out how to remove the locks entirely just so routine tire service can be completed. This situation should never have happened. The lack of accountability, follow-through, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I have had in my life. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you are prepared for poor service and unresolved issues.
