Typical process of coming out with way higher payment

Typical process of coming out with way higher payment initially but I stood my ground and got the price i was comfortable with. Once we agreed everything was pretty smooth.

I bought a used car from the dealer and had a good

I bought a used car from the dealer and had a good experience overall. I was surprised after taking ownership to find that no basic maintenance (i.e. oil change, filters, etc.) had been done on the car, but when I notified the dealer, they quickly got me in and took care of it- even giving me a loaner car while they did the maintenance. I would recommend this dealer and Billy in sales.

I can’t tell you how much of a pleasant experience it was

I can’t tell you how much of a pleasant experience it was when buying my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership . Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Billy Bender who oversaw the Costco auto program was absolutely fabulous and a pleasure to work with. He made the overall process stressless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership and Billy for a new or used car purchase. In fact , I enjoyed working with Billy so much, I brought my daughter back a few days later to purchase a vehicle with him, again using the Costco auto program.

I got oil change and wheel alignment.

I got oil change and wheel alignment. This is first time I’ve ever had to pay $27 for a waste fee. normally that’s much lower at other places. Also they did not fill fluids as stated would do. There was no itemization of what was done to car while they had it. i had pre-arranged for them to check why RPMs were stuck when starting out. He said they did not have time to check that. I asked for a new wheel lock but he forgot to get that till i was ready to leave. I’m not sure if this was the front desk guy or what. I’m just not thrilled with the service but seems to be better than Orange park nissan.
