Such a Wonderful experience with Salesman Mike while purchasing the used sonic car from salesman Mike and unfortunately the car was having a tapping sound but after 1 month I took to the service center and Jullian Cardona gave me an excellent service by solving the problem with a zero cost. Thank you Jullian for the excellent customer service. Will refer to all my friends and relatives.

Ask for Nova!!!
I'm very big on customer service!!! I almost missed out on this great purchase if it wasn't for sherryne the internet dealer no matter how many excuses I gave her she didn't back down she explained what sales Bical was offering and for me to come in because they will beat any offer I get by $500. I came the next day and my sales rep NOVA was excellent no pressure no haggling while I waited for my car to be prepped she bought me lunch of my choice Don't pay the negative reviews any attention see for your self.. any one who ask me where I got my 17 camaro from I will say Bical Chevy and ask for NOVA !!!

I visited the dealership based on a recommendation from my mom who got her car serviced at the dealership. I already owned a Chevy and was looking to stay with the brand. James the salesman who took care of me was pleasant and friendly. He listened to what I wanted in a car and followed through accordingly. I was also happy with the service I received from Jim who found a finance company that fit into my budget."

cheap cars aren't cheap
they sold me a camaro with bad headlights, and the entire car shakes when it goes from 4 to 8 cylinder mode they put used headlight bulbs from another car into mine, and swapped out my wheels and tires with those from another car on the lot after the other didn't fix the shaking, they told me the shaking noises are ''normal'' but would look into service bulletins on the shaking. there are also big holes in the door jambs from a shoddy paintless dent removal job, but in all fairness not sure if they had it done or it was the previous ower. within 2 weeks the radiator clamp also rusted out and dumped antifreeze all over my driveway but i fixed that myself because it was less painful than dealing with them haven't heard from them since on the other issues and service manager doesn't return calls

Terrible and unprofessional staff
My Truck still not working and they are very unprofessional and not very helpful. pay and had to take my truck elsewhere to get it fixed never going back to this dealer ever.

Great Experience
I am extremely happy with my car buying experience at Bical. I worked with Anthony Gallo and Chris Cox, both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. All in all I feel I received a fair price for my trade and a good deal on my purchase. Their facility was clean and appealing to do business with.

Worse dealership experience
In my 12 years of visiting a dealership this has been my worse experience. The manager was not sympathetic nor was he concern for the safety issue of my jeep. I was unable to see through my windshield however bical's concern was that I needed an appointment. I arrived at the dealer at 4:15 and was turned away unable to see to drive. It took my personal Machanic 20 sec to diagnosis that the heater core broke. I would never advise anyone to purchase or lease from bical chevy. If they treated a customer with a lease with no regard how will they treat you who wants a buy their car. In all my years I have never felt so disrespected. When I called the manager his tone was as if I was bothering him. I had to call headquarters twice for assistance. The manager has yet to approach me or call to check on my jeep. Bical will never have my business again.
