Lack of care for customer's

I had a vehicle recall to replace the driver's side wiper arm, which was set for 1 pm. Asked my Service Advisor how long it would take, he told me, about an 1, to 1 1/2 hrs, so I would wait. I also advised the Service Advisor, not to wash my vehicle, I recently had a ceramic coating done, so no automatic car washing. I would wash it if needed. When my vehicle was returned to me, it was absolutely dirty, tech who drove my vehicle, must have find the muddies road to drive through, both sides of the vehicle, and the wheel well's extremely muddy. The driver side floormat, had muddy footprints. wish I could add photos. Still did not want them to wash. My vehicle was not put in the work bay until 3:45pm. I did not get my vehicle until 4:11pm. 3hrs and 11mins. to replace one wiper arm! Terrible

Dealership is in the process of building a new facility which I am sure will improve the customer experience. That being said, they did a good job and completed the service in the stated time. Johnny, my service advisor, did a great job of keeping me informed.

Let me just say I was quoted $1700 for a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for, want or need. I approved what I initially asked for which should have cost at most $500. but was ultimately charged $1377.80. It will never happen again…at least not here.

Parts department takes too long to help you.

Parts department takes too long to help you. While waiting, there was an employee being happily romantically touch by another employee. I asked the personnel in the parts department what was his name, he said “Tony”. The other employee name according to the dealership place is “Yolanda”. Instead of spreading employee romance in the work area please help your customers. Hope I get help next time and not waiting to get parts. So unprofessional for two employees to have this attitude.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made an appt for diagnostic and when I arrived, the advisor assigned to it was out on lunch and no one would assist me. I spoke to the nearest rep and asked to check in, but was told wait to an empty desk. After waiting several minutes I asked another rep to be checked in and finally was assisted. After they took my car, I waited in their lounge. 2.5 hours later, I asked the rep who was assigned to my car about any updates. He told me nothing has happened and never informed about any changes.

Very responsive.

Very responsive. Everything they verbally & on writing was just what the product looked like. Cut the transaction over the phone & when I went to pick it up, was in & out on less than a half hour. Just a pleasure to do business with.

Great.... but...

Good service from Cedric. Only reason for one star down was the 3 hour wait time (with appointment) for an oil change. Great price with coupon and carwash. Would recommend, but bring something to work on - which I did.

Service was great. Glen made it very easy.

Glenn was very helpful and understanding. I left my car, the next morning he told me the problem and had it ready that same afternoon. After leaving the car I had questions. He got back to me quickly. I would highly recommend him.
