I continue to have my 2018 outback 3.

I continue to have my 2018 outback 3.6 serviced by Findlay. I am very happy with the service. Just had the motor mounts replaced, a bit pricey but needed. I highly recommend the dealership.

This dealer went above and beyond helping me purchase my dream Subaru. I traveled from out of state to purchase this car, and Jason bent over backwards to make sure that everything went smoothly! He stayed until the lights shut off at 11pm! I would highly recommend anyone purchasing from this Subaru dealer! They were just wonderful!

Scheduled a non-routine service on my 2021 Outback with

Scheduled a non-routine service on my 2021 Outback with Chase Glover. I expected they would keep my car for diagnosis of the issue. They provided me a loaner car to use which I appreciated. I had good follow up conversations with Chase regarding the status of my car. Unfortunately it took some time to get parts for the repair and I didn't get the car back until 9 days after I dropped it off. The repair timeframe could have been better coordinated within the dealership from my perspective. Got my care back and it has been fine since I picked it up. Thanks to Chase Glover for keeping me in the loop and following through on my car repair.
