Scheduled a non-routine service on my 2021 Outback with

Scheduled a non-routine service on my 2021 Outback with Chase Glover. I expected they would keep my car for diagnosis of the issue. They provided me a loaner car to use which I appreciated. I had good follow up conversations with Chase regarding the status of my car. Unfortunately it took some time to get parts for the repair and I didn't get the car back until 9 days after I dropped it off. The repair timeframe could have been better coordinated within the dealership from my perspective. Got my care back and it has been fine since I picked it up. Thanks to Chase Glover for keeping me in the loop and following through on my car repair.

Dayzen Oar went above and beyond his salesperson duties. I bought a used vehicle thru Findlay Subaru, Saint George, and the next morning it would not start, Dayzen came to my house jump started the car and then made sure I was well informed on the progress thru the service dept. As it was they replaced the battery at no charge.

We went into Findlay Subaru last Friday with an issue

We went into Findlay Subaru last Friday with an issue with our Air Conditioning, they were very cordial after pointing out the problem was owner-error, and had a little chuckle, they mechanic to pictures of the control panel showing what we did wrong, the device center checked the vehicle and took care of an alignment iwithout is due and did a oil change. But what was a personal touch was the salesman who sold us our vehicle 2 years ago made sure he greeted us after seeing us in the waiting room, I thoroughly enjoy working with Finlay Subaru in St George, Utah

It is always a pleasure to have Findlay Subaru service my car. This time they needed to order a part for my air conditioner so they needed to keep my car until the part arrived. They offered me a Subaru Forrester (brand new) to use. I accepted and Chase was so willing to help me on the phone calls I made to him about how to do various things on this new Subaru. I want to thank Chase for being so pleasant in helping me. Thank you Chase. And thank you Subaru.
