Routine

I like getting service at an authorized Honda dealership for the accountability in warranty issues. I liked the price and availability of appointments even though this time didn't really work out well.

Another satisfied customer

I came in on a Saturday without an appointment, and they took me right in. I have a roadside assistance plan, and the tire which had a nail in it was provided no charge, I just paid the labor. Thank you.

Recall fix and minor repairs

Everyone was very courteous and repairs were done on time. Additional repairs were suggested that were totally unrelated to the fixes I had requested.

Friendly, competent, and good service

Friendly greeting, competent advice, good workmanship. Was kept informed throughout the process. The dealership is a good place to wait while my vehicle is being serviced. I enjoy the quiet place to read, the complimentary coffee, and the cafe for a light lunch.

Great customer service and quick service

I love Nancy at Honda of Gainesville, she is always positive and respects me as a customer.
