🚨 🚨 This dealership sold a vehicle to my friend.

🚨 🚨 This dealership sold a vehicle to my friend. When she purchased, she told them she wanted anything that was wrong with the vehicle fixed. She was told it was good to go. Almost (4k) in repairs…. A few weeks went buy and the oil light came on, I popped the hood checked it, added oil and not a week later the light was back on. We took it to Bob Ruth and somehow they were able to diagnosis the car without it leaving the parking stall in the lot behind the repair shop. It’s no wonder they missed the two failed wheel bearings creating a great safety issue. They left her drive off their lot with failed wheel bearings on the steer tires that could heave lead to death or serious injury. I was a witness as well as a Surgeon. This place claims to be a family dealership, but I can re assure you it is not. This family is sitting in delray while they let someone threaten customers/potential customers after going to the business manager with great concerns….. it appears he was unable to be professional about matters and rather than simply making it right he gave the cold shoulder….its okay, intimidation doesn’t work with me. The veins popping out in his head really brought out that cute dermal! We have been in contact with the state inspection agency regarding this issue. Bob Ruth claims just because we didn’t use their free oil changes that’s why the engine is blown. This dealership is full of liars and very deceptive business practices. 🚨

This dealership sold an unsafe vehicle to my friend. Rather than make it right the salesman (Todd) told her over the phone to come to the dealership alone to make a deal. This shows you how deceptive they are in their business practices here at the dealership, don’t worry if you meet the guy running the show while robs down on the beach in delray, his approach to customers is to try and make them fear him rather than work on a positive resolution.

I live in Virginia and I was having a hard time selling

I live in Virginia and I was having a hard time selling my 2019 Dodge Challenger 392 Scat Pack for what I wanted. Most of the interest I got was attempts at fraud of some kind or another. Either wanting me to go to a site to buy their car report or wanting my phone number so they could communicate without the AutoTrader filter. Some were probably serious buyers, but didn't come close to what I was asking. Then, I get a notice from Amy at Bob Ruth Ford expressing interest in my car. We talked about the car and negotiated a price, the highest I had gotten thus far, and started the process of the sale and pickup. Since I didn't know Bob Ruth Ford and wasn't even close buy, I was skeptical that this was a real offer as many others I had received failed to come through. But, Amy gave me confidence that they were the real deal relieving me of concerns of making the trade by telling me Bob Ruth's history and also having me Google reviews of them. Harold from Bob Ruth drove 2.5 hours to my house to checked out the car was as described. Harold gave me confidence that he and the whole Bob Ruth organization was trustworthy. And, BAM!, called in for an electronic bank wire transfer for the price we had agreed on. Quick, smooth as silk, very professional people all around. Even though they had not seen the car, they came out prepared, paperwork ready to pay what I asked. I encourage you to use them.

Came in on a Saturday at 1:00pm asked if I purchased the

Came in on a Saturday at 1:00pm asked if I purchased the vehicle that day would it be ready for me to take it home. I was surprised when the salesman said yes. Sure enough I was driving home in a new truck that day! Had a great experience at bob Ruth!!!
