Mullinax Ford of Central Florida

We recently leased a 2014 Escape from Mullinax Ford. The salesman was excellent and extremely knowledgable and answered every question we had. Probably the best car buying experience we have had since our last purchase also at Mullinax Ford.....we will be returning in the future.

My wife and I recently bought a new Ford Edge from Mullinax Apopka with Darrel Davis, who was fantastic to listening to all of our needs. I was a little skeptical when he told me to ?shop around, you won?t be disappointed.? After all, I had heard that before. He was right. After talking to some 4 or 5 dealerships, nobody could come close to the Up-Front Price, the service and the trade-in value I received. Even better, Mullinax is close to home. I must say, I had one issue with the car that was discovered during the purchase. They made it right through-and-through. Mullinax is a fantastic dealership. Ask for Darrell.

Mullinax - Apopka has a very friendly staff and make you feel as comfortable as possible during the whole car buying experience. They went above and beyond to find the features I was looking for in a Fusion and ended up having one transported from one of their other locations which arrive the next day. I?ve bought my share of cars throughout the years and find the Up Front Pricing dealers my #1 choice. My only criticism is I wish the paperwork process would go a little faster. Overall I would highly recommend Mullinax Ford of Apopka to buy your next vehicle.

I had a pleasant buying experience at Mullinax. The sales associate, Erik, was helpful and laid back. No high pressure sales. My only complaint would be to the service department. We had to take our brand new car in to have one of the doors adjusted and it took over a week to get an appointment. Then, when we picked the car up the problem was fixed but the outside of the car was very dirty. My experience in the past with other dealerships has been that when you drop off a new car (or any car) for a service they return it to you freshly washed and vacuumed, not much dirtier than when you left it. My biggest issue with this was that I would not even be able to tell if the repaired door was scratched during the repair until after I took it to be washed. Pretty disappointing.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mullinax in the last two years. I really like their up front pricing policy and the helpfulness of the sales team. They doi not use any pressure tactics and make the experience stress free and easy. They have a wide selection to choose from and point out the specials, features and best options without being asked. I found them great to deal with and they have a customer for life.

Russ was superior in everything we requested for him to respond for our company needs. We had certain features that were required and he was able to locate the vehicle in which we were looking for in a very timely manner.

This was not my first vehicle purchase but it was my first Ford vehicle purchase. What an experience. Never believed buying a new car could be an enjoyable experience. Was pleasantly surprised after working with this dealership. Everyone was fantastic to work with and I love my new car!
