Jack Russell.

Jack Russell. Was kind and courteous. And went over everything with me when I purchased the vehicle. Jack Russell even bought me a Ford hat. Everybody was nice and opened up the front door every time we came in and out.

New Truck Purchase

Very professional and courteous experience buying a new truck. They were attentive to my compressed schedule and made the purchase quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to family for their next purchase.

I have purchased two vehicles here in 5 months.

I have purchased two vehicles here in 5 months. Terrible communication from the sales team to the managers to the service department. They will sell you a used vehicle well over it's real value that was supposed to be checked for issues and if it has an issue get ready for the incompetence and lack of communication. Things have gone downhill over the last several years. No one knows what anyone else is doing. I would recommend using another Ford dealer and stay far away from here.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..NOT

should have known when we first looked at a car we was in for it.. had few issues with car we wanted taken care of prior to buying.. took week and when we picked up had schedule appt to come back and fix few things that was not fixed a broken fog light.new wiper blades.and wanted to know why check engine light was on..never was told .. had the car just made first payment ..Transmisson goes out..yea it was a 2014 so sure its not new. take car to dealership because transmission luckly started ggoing out when we was near lot.. the lady working behind the desk told me drive the car home and we will call you when we can get it in to find out what is wrong...I told her I dont want to drive it so I dont mess it up anymore ...finally hour later they took car in..week later they say its my transmisson going cost 7500 to fix and could be couple month..asked about a loaner car and was basically told the wait is a mile long as they have not loaner cars.... here it is 3 weeks later was told on Friday my car was in the shop being wroked on as we speak should be ready Monday maybe Tuesday...I call today my car is not schedlule to be fixed till the 18 of September... I get put on a wait list for loaner car I cancealed a car I had at Enterprise becasue I was told my car would be ready...Now I have to go back on wait list to get a car...THANKS MULLINIX.....only thing I can say nice right now is Mullinix is not charging me the full 7500 to fix the car...

After 20 years of my mother in-law buying vehicles for

After 20 years of my mother in-law buying vehicles for themselves and their kids from Mullinax Apopka today she was completely disregarded and told good luck after she was mislead and lied into buying a product that was incorrectly sold. She bought a vehicle a few months ago and she was told by the finance manager to buy an extended warranty because it would be helpful if any issues would come up, and that it would only be $50 deductible per occasion. My mother in law has trusted Mullinax Apopka for over 20 years and did not expect to be deceived or lied to at all so she bought the warranty trusting they were looking at her best interest. The car ended up having an overheating issue, so she brought the vehicle back today to use the warranty. When she went back to speak to someone to get some help she was told it was actually $500 deductible per occasion and not $50, she said that was not what she was told and asked to speak to a trusted salesman who had helped her all these years because it did not sound right , he brought the paperwork and told her she misread and good luck. This isn't the type of service you want from a dealer you have been trusting and buying vehicles and having your kids buy vehicles for over 20 years! This is truly dishonorable and unethical for someone to take advantage of someone who has trusted you for this long. We were about to buy 2 new vehicles again from Mullinax Apopka but we will no longer be moving forward with that decision.

Purchased a brand new F150 here and honestly was one of

Purchased a brand new F150 here and honestly was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealer. My rep Joe was the best from start to finish and always was on top of everything. Even the financing department was top notch. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced new vehicle go here. No dealer markup on my F150. No hassle in finance. No unfair fees or anything. Can’t say another FL that does that.
