I went in with the idea of just looking at new cars. However, I was impressed by the upfront pricing and the salesman, Matt Davis. He was unbelievable and nothing was too much trouble, even when it meant moving about 10 cars to get to a car which I might like (and which I ended up buying). He ran comparisons on the car and printed them out for me to review (which has never been done before by any other car dealer I have used). Matt was a delight to work with and even though he was quite new and inexperienced, I never felt that was a problem at all. He was very knowledgeable and has great people skills.

I was very impressed with my new truck purchase experience. I really like the up front pricing policy. As soon as I arrived at the dealer ship. I was approached by a salesman ( Nico Marshburn) a very polite and knowledgeable guy who was able to answer all my questions, and ask me some questions that helped me make the right decision on my purchase. The inventory was much larger that I expected, and all trucks I looked at had the up front pricing tags on the windshields. This alone saved me a lot of time in making my selection. I feel very comfortable recommending Mullinax Ford and Nico as well to anyone looking for a new Ford. I am very pleased with my new truck, and look forward to enjoying it for a long time.

I went to Mullinax Ford in Apopka to buy a new Ford Escape. I met with Jan and I told him what I wanted. He found a couple of different suv's so I could pick out what I wanted. He didn't pressure me to look at other vehicles. He was very nice and helpful. I don't remember the man who helped us in the finance department, but he was also very nice and didn't try to pressure us into buying anything else. He just gave us the info.

I didnt haggled the price and asked for a Bed liner to be included in the sale, he said sure thing. I should have asked for a free steps, it's hard on my wife to get on board.
