Most Ford dealerships have been an utter nightmare for me. The sales people aren't knowledgeable about the products and they only talk to you about your monthly payment. Jan at Mullinax was extremely knowledgable about the Fiesta ST that I looked at and was very low pressure. I knew I wouldn't be able to buy the car on the day that I looked at it, but Jan still helped me out with everything and I ended up buying the car from him. The no haggle pricing may annoy some people, but I cross shopped with a few other dealers, and none beat the Mullinax price. There is also no hidden dealer fee, which makes their prices even better.

I had a very positive buying experience thanks to the personnel that helped me and the no haggle policy. My new Escape was ready in very short time as was the tag transfer handled online by the dealership.

I went to Mullinax Ford because my family believes in the quality of Ford cars and I needed a new one because of a previous accident, and I had an idea of what I wanted and the sales representative pulled up all the options they had quickly and the rep went to the back of the lot and had to move 5 cars to get to the one I wanted and was happy to do it. The buying process was really smooth which was nice since it was my first time buying a car, I don?t feel like they tried scamming me or anything but were up front with the prices and I saved thousands because of their end of the year rebate on a 2017 Ford Focus. The process was pretty stress free and I would definitely recommend going there. They even negotiated to get a lower interest rate to make my payments lower, overall great service.

I have bought many cars over the years and had some really bad experiences. Bait and switch, lies and deception are rampant at many dealerships. SO I was so pleasantly surprised to find such and honest and straight-shooting dealership like Mullinax of Central Florida. They did what they said and gave the price as advertised with no tricks. My salesperson Frankie Juliano is the best! He really is hard-working, honest, and just a pleasure to work with. I will buy all my vehicles from Mullinax from now on. Seriously the best!

When it was time to buy a car for our daughter we knew where to go. We called Nick Lange and he found the right vehicle for us. This is the third car we have purchased for our family at Mullinax and it wont be the last. Love that the buying process is quick and easy and Nick always has the answers. Hardest part of our next visit will be Shelby or Raptor. Tough choice!
