Former Ford owner

Bought new Ford Escape. No negotiating over price made it very easy. Dennis did a great job, Personable and professional. Would buy again from Mullenax.

Excellent service...no dealer fee!!

I can honestly say this is the 1st time in purchasing a vehicle over the last 40 years that it was pleasant, no stress no hassle. They offered us exactly what was wanted for our trade and we knew the exact price of our new F150. No surprises. Austin was our sales guy and he was no pressure, honest, friendly and knowledgeable!

Knew what truck I wanted when I contacted Mullinax. Made a deal the next day and the truck arrived on time, Mullinax picked it up from another dealership. No problem with the purchase but I had a big problem with the Customer Service. Asked about getting a spare key for valet use (a regular without the remote). I was told that it would be $18/each. I ordered two. When they arrived, they were labeled glove box key. They would not start the truck. The salesman said that he would get it corrected. I was then told that I couldn't get a valet key. I ended up having to threaten to file a claim in small claims court to get my money refunded. I would not recommend Mullinax to a friend. Customer service is more important than the initial purchase. This was a small incident. I wouldn't want to take a chance on getting service when something big happens.

Made it pleasant

My wife and I had to look for a new car after an accident and Dale made the experience a pleasant surprise. We bought an Edge and we've been very pleased with it. We heartedly recommend Mullinax.

Wonderful Customer Service

No dealership fees which we couldn't find anywhere else. My first car purchase and was pleased with the excellent customer service. Overall a great buying experience!

new Taurus purchase

Bought a new car -Gave me financing options to save money ! Salesman Frankie was great .Only issue was financing and paperwork was slow but it was a SAT. This is second car purchased there . Sure will buy a third- great prices

Slow buying process

I knew the car I wanted prior to coming in. We test drove it and made a deal to come back the following day to purchase. Despite me already working with my bank on the financing it still took three hours to complete purchase due to lack of staff that is actually able to complete the purchase. Additionally I had requested the mullinax sticker and plate be removed from my vehicle and they said they would do that but it was not completed.
