Had a very good experience working with John and staff at Courtesy Auto Sales. People are very laid back with no real pressure to buy, although they make that process very easy. Walked away with a nice vehicle at a fair price, with a good interest rate and a fair value for my trade-in. I'd recommend giving them a visit when interested in purchasing another vehicle.

So I cannot express the amazing experience I had at Courtesy Auto Sales, Jason and Justin were both truly amazing and made my car buying experience smooth and easy. They listened to my needs, and applied the pressure.

This rating is based on one point alone. Carol. Literally EVERYONE else was a joy to work with. Not Carol. She was rude when I called to ask about financial issues. She displayed unprofessionalism with sarcasm, and comments like, "I don't know, I just work here." Everyone that had to work with her from my finance team (even though they were flawed) said the same thing. "She's a piece of work." "Does she like her job?""I was so glad to get off the phone with her!" These are the comments that were given about Carol, no one else. If I had to deal with Carol at ANY POINT OF THE PROCESS I would not buy with Courtesy Auto Sales, nor would I advise anyone else to. She made the experience a nightmare. On every other point, they were awesome, fair, and quick. :) Get rid of Carol!

Today while on a business trip in Eureka, my car began to have problems. I was near Courtesy Used Cars and asked for assistance. Was told they’re not a repair shop but would take a look to see what the problem might be. It was a problem with the alternator. They said they could make the repairs and suggested I have lunch at the restaurant while the repairs were being made. The part was ordered at cost and no charges for the repair. I recently bought a car at this dealership and was served by John C., an experienced gentleman.
