Usually buying a car is a stressfull process however our sales agent Ricardo (Ricky) Forero made it very easy. From the minute he greeted us he was very dedicated to making sure we were comfortable, he offered us water, coffe. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, he gave us a very detailed tour of the entire vehicle,we fell very comfortable because Ricardo was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Bought a 2013 Honda here used. Great customer service. Alberto "Tito" was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and explained all features/specifications without blinking an eye. I was set on buying a specific model and they were willing to find what I needed, instead of pushing for another vehicle. I will likely be coming back to Coggin Honda Deland in the future.
