Warning about Extended warranty on 2023 ID.

Warning about Extended warranty on 2023 ID.4. DO NOT Purchase it. I purchased an ID.4 on 05/10/2023. In addition to the full purchase price of car, I purchased a VWFS warranty for $4200. After a few days and researching this additional warranty it was unnecessary because VW has a great stand alone warranty. I contacted VW of Pasadena a few days later, less than a week to request a full refund on this warranty. I was told it is possible. Two weeks went by and I received nothing, no explanation of what the delay was. I was told I needed to fill out paperwork. Why this was not addressed initially is how this dealership treats its customers; delay, delay, and delay. I filled out digital paperwork and was told I would be hearing back from dealership about my refund. Nothing! I went in person a couple of times, only to be told the check is in the mail. Last night, 08/17/2023, I went in person again to find out why this refund taking so long( 3 months). I was told there is something wrong with the check. This is ridiculous. I feel the Management of VW of Pasadena is creating the delay of my refund. I find this repulsive as a business practice. They have been making excuses of why my full refund has not happened. They have not been upfront with me. I hope this review will be read by all future buyers to warn the potential customers at VW of Pasadena that their business practices are flawed, almost fraudulent.

Terrible service

I would like to ask vw pasadena, are you discriminating against people whose English is not a native language? When I arrived there, Wendy asked me to wait for 10 minutes. You know that two service staff were sitting there, and I was the only person in the waiting area. When I told Wendy that my CarPlay was not working, she told me that there was a problem with charging cable. I need to find a new one. When I find a new one, does she say this is the original Apple charging cable? Finally, the car system was restored to the factory settings, and CarPlay started to work. There was no problem with my charging cable. My car is a 2018 tiguan, and the total cost $371 of 30,000 miles regular maintenance .When I arrive at the cashier and ask any discount, Cashier called Wendy. I couldn’t hear what they were talking about. Cashier told me to go to their website. At that time, I didn’t find the discount on their website. I paid the full amount. I want to say this is Very bad experience, I bought two new cars from here, I will not return here, I am very disappointed with their service. 这里的服务人员是没有任何笑容的,我认为他们不太欢迎英文不是母语的人,不要去这里,服务太糟糕了.

Dishonorable Dealer - Beware

This Dealership does not honor its commitments. I had a verbal commitment from an internet sales associate on a certified preowned Passat that was being prepared for sale and the vehicle was inexplicably sold to a different buyer without my knowledge. Beware.

60,000 -Mile Service

Drop off my car for the 60,000-mile service before 9:00 am, Clair provided excellent customer service. They took the car in a little before 1:00 pm (which I understand because I didn’t have an appointment). At 1:38, I received a text stating that my car was in line to get washed and informing me about 3 recommendations for my car that need to be taken care in about 2,000 miles. ($1,759) I had done my research of what a 60,000-mile service consists, and I was not certain that the required services could have been completed in less than an hour. The manager understood my concern but paying almost $600.00 for less than an hour of work makes no sense. Labor Amount $402.50. I have been trusting them all these years, but now I really hope my car is safe. Recommendations: Wiper Blades: $58.00 Accessory Belt $207.00 Oil Leak from Brake Vacuum Pump: $874.00 Rear Shocks $620.00 Sil
