My husband David and I have been doing business with Fields BMW in Orlando for over 7 years . Fields loyalty and outstanding customer service Is wander full. I had an emergency with my car on 5/18/2019. I called Fields I was told to bring my car in. Unfortunately it could not be fixed the same day. I was told in advance that they were out off loaner vehicles. My service advisor Josh went over and beyond to accommodate me by getting me a loaner vehicle. They were able to fix my car within few days. ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thanks FIELDS BMW and a special thanks to JOSH.

Collie Forresters
Rented from Enterprise. Was taken by Enterprise employee to Fern Park location where received car. Returned car to Fields same day mid afternoon. That was on Thursday. On Mon no adjustment had been made in charges to my credit card. I called Enterprise office. Enterprise had return day/time as Friday morning and was charging two days rental. Also, I paid for gas to be filled up upon return. Enterprise charged me for one-half tank of gas. I drove from Enterprise to my home and to Fields; o way I used 1/2 tank of gas. After discussion the changes were corrected. The Enterprise experience receives the lowest rating from me.

BMW x1
I came For standard service oil change on my x1 every thing was great Until I got my car back It had greasy finger prints all on the driver's side door on the outside . I had just got my car wash 1 day prior to the service. So I am not happy about that . Other wise everything else was ok . I will remember for next time

Excellent conditions used car
Purchase a used BMW 228l Coupe and it was in excellent condition (new). The sales agent Cris Neal was very helpful during the process. Recomend Fields BMW Winterpark to any one bying a car.
