Customer service was appalling and this was not the first time. This dealership is consistently bad with communication with customers. It is near impossible to get in touch with anyone regarding the status of your vehicle and small jobs should take hours turn into days, almost a week in fact.

I’ve been servicing both of my cars here and always have a great experience. Kerry Smith is professional, honest, and keeps everything smooth and stress-free. Communication is clear, timing is on point, and I always feel taken care of. Highly recommend!

I recently took my 2019 X5 in for service. My service writer was Kevin who was was totally a professional. He got me in and out in a timely manner, he also kept me informed on the process of my vehicle. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service and see Kevin. He is definitely a asset to the company.

Great service at Fields Winter Park! In for my annual service and oil change. Nothing major, so decided to wait while the work was done. Arie, my service advisor, kept me posted and worked with the technicians to move things along quickly. I was sent videos of each inspection, fortunately all with good news. Very respectful of my time and vehicle. Thank you Arie and Fields!
