I had an excellent experience working with my car Jessica, my service advisor. From the moment I arrived, she professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She took the time to clearly explain what service my vehicle needed and made sure I understood all of my options before any work was done. What really stood out was her outstanding customer service. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure everything was completed on time. Her honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience stress-free and pleasant. Great service at Fields Winter Park! In for my annual service and oil change. Nothing major, so decided to wait while the work was done. Arie, my service advisor, kept me posted and worked with the technicians to move things along quickly. I was sent videos of each inspection, fortunately all with good news. Very respectful of my time and vehicle. Thank you Arie and Fields!

Asked for a quote for work needed- never received it. Took car in do the work on the appointment date- no reasonable estimate for time to complete. Service advisor was very nice and answered questions on the spot, but communication experience was mixed. Rental car paid for by dealership as they were out off loaners and has no idea when my auto would be complete. Work done appears to be done properly. Price was not expensive than I anticipated by the work is warrantied, so worth it. Dealership is clean, with most people helpful but not intrusive.

Fantastic customer service in all areas of the Dealership Sales, Service, Customer service,and even the car was all employees are very understanding and helpful my Sales Garfield is amazing, and my Service Manager Matthew are the best in there field. I have purchased many autos from Fields starting in 2002 and just bought a new 2026 BMW X5 georgius vehicle. Would never considered going to another dearship. Oh yes the Finical Department always very good about explaining all areas of contract and extra packages that are offered after market, Tire and Wheel package is worth ever penny as the gap insurance. In general everyone who wants to purchase a new or pre owned vehicle you will be treated with respect and dignity.
