As a financial advisor, I assist clients/friends with car purchases. I was sent a link from my client to a car he saw and got sales numbers from a local... dealer. I called David, a person I have worked with in the past. Within 10 minutes he found a matching car in their inventory and finalized numbers that were thousands less than the other dealer! There was no pressure and the car was delivered to my client that night! Everything was so smooth and Majed who delivered the car could not have been more pleasant and caring. Great service. I very much appreciate and enjoyed working with my new service manager, Brandon Burmudez (though I miss Matt Stevens). Getting a loaner... was much faster and easier than usual. Thanks for upgrading that service. The "loaner" woman was also terrific.

Had an excellent experience. Advisor told me what was wrong, when to drop off vehicle, and when it would be completed. Got me a ride to my nearby office... and had car done on time with a wash. How can anyone complain about that? as long as I continue receiving this level of service, I will continue to buy BMWs there.

I made an appointment for my 2011 535i a week ago for 8 am. I arrive on time and they tell me I'm due for rear breaks. OK, fine. They'll have to get a... quote and they'll call me to confirm. Otherwise, oil change it is. After riding back across town in an Uber they provided since the lounge is down (I knew that) they proceed to not call me for over 5 hours. I call them and after being bounced around I leave a message for Brandon on "Matt's" voicemail. Fine. I get a call back saying they don't feel nuts about a previous patch around the drain plug of my oil pan. Ok, it's not an issue for me so I'm not paying $2900 to replace the non-issue oil pan. The breaks will be $900 for rear pads. I knew a BMW was expensive but sweet Jimmy Hoffa. I'll look elsewhere; they weren't an issue anyway. Let me get the oil change done and send someone to come get me. Brandon says OK and they'll call me when it's ready. 3 PM I get a call that I'm ready to go. They send the slowest Uber on earth that takes an hour to get me back. Not their fault. At check out they say "no charge" - why's that? Looks like nothing was done at all with the car all day. Not even the courtesy car wash. I spent nearly four hours in cars today going back and forth for no reason. I explain to the Manager "Joe" what it's been like. There's no point speaking to Joe because he doesn't apologize or even say words. There is a sort of blather and sputter like an engine turning over while looking at Brandon from over his glasses perched precariously at the end of his nose, but no actual words. Brandon believes he communicated that no oil change would be done. I tell them I'm fine with them deciding not to do something they felt risky, but why make me wait till 1:30 pm and I have to call to explain that on an 8 AM drop off? Why not tell me that again when I did call? Why make me wait until 3 pm to be called back to tell me I'm "ready" - when asked, neither has an answer and now Joe can't manage a sputter. It's obvious that I'm correct, these things weren't communicated. Blank. Stares. Incredulity. Get my car. I have wasted the better part of a day on a pointless pursuit through perilous traffic and no one even shook my hand at the end of it. I did get a "drive safe" as I left. Maybe they could tell the damage was done. And despite having my car for a full 8 hours and wasting 4 hours of my time in driving back and forth they didn't even wash the car. The thing they couldn't stop telling me about and the one thing that would have cost nothing. Never in my 24 years of operating a vehicle have I experienced such treatment and I used to frequent some real holes. This place is the biggest hole there is. Go literally anywhere else.

Dealership office was under construction , a bit crowded in the area but still manage to give quality direction.George Gonzales was very accommodating... , helpful and knowledgable .Most of all he's very professional and precise.
