Deceptive sales practices and downright dishonest! Jason Butera - Finance Manager Vernon West - Sales Manager Jason Pike - General Manager After I agreed on the price of a used vehicle, Orange Buick used every opportunity to increase its profit in ways that are unethical or harmful to the buyer: - Refused to take a check for the entire cost of the car - Mandated partial payment on a credit card, then charged a credit card surcharge -Added $899 dealer fee -Added $1,200 Global Appearance fee -Overcharged for registration and sales tax... then refused to refund the money After ALL of that, Orange Buick charged the following UNDISCLOSED FEES: $ 85.00 Consolidated Services of Indiana Fee 104.90 Courier Fees (FedEx & Services) 30.00 Temporary Registration Fees (2 Temp Plates) 95.00 ACH Electronic Filing Fee 300.00 Out-of-State Title Services DLR Fee

Great communication, every question was answered. No pressure tactics like other dealerships. Very impressed with Orange Buick! Chris the salesperson is superb! He followed p twice to be sure I am happy with my purchase. Finance Manager made is quick and easy to understand.

Latonya and the Orange Buick Service and Parts team exceeded my expectations! This was my first visit and happy that I have a trusted partner with my new-to-me Yukon XL.

The worst experience I have had the car for over two
The worst experience I have had the car for over two years and past six months it has been a downhill on the customer service. Car information is tossed around from one technician to another. Report comes in with everything fine and then a request to change the battery. Car is released but then light comes back on less than 30 days later for a problem that they didn't consider. It is a true pity how low the quality has gone down. I was considering trading car however I have to remind them every time that my car is under warranty so they could check otherwise a surprise of over $1000 USD for each visit and a call from sales wondering if I am interested in trading.
