Bill Murdock and the service team did a wonderful job in completing my last service. They completed the service in a very short amount of time. I usually wait for the service to be completed as the customer lounge is very comfortable.

I went to Orange Buick to replace my tire pressure sensor, after it was replaced it stopped working 3 days later. I went back to have the service department look at the sensors and they charged me again to fix it. I believe the cost of service should have been covered since it was fixed by them 3 days before that.

Evandro made our car buy experience very easy. He was very professional but still genuinely friendly. His knowledge of the cars was impressive, there was no answer he could not provide. I went there to buy one car, but the deals were so good that I bought two. I highly recommend Evandro as a salesperson and I am definitely going back.

Absolutely no communication with me regarding my daughter’s car. We in my opinion got scammed. I asked for a few photos, so I could justify the cost, 10 days and nothing. I ended up paying. I’m very sad about the customer service.
