Spent several days working with Kate on purchasing a used truck. Kate was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! Her professionalism and sense of humor made for a very positive experience! My interaction with her and the dealership as a whole, was outstanding--no pressure, good communication, and respectful of my time and responsive to my interests!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car at Orange Buick GMC. I had my guard up after visiting a few other dealers, but Orange has restored my faith that not all car dealers are xxxxxxxx. Even though I was looking for a used car, I was treated like I was buying a brand new $100k truck. My salesperson Alexis was amazing! Very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. I would recommend Orange to my friends and family.

Deceptive sales practices and downright dishonest!

Deceptive sales practices and downright dishonest! Jason Butera - Finance Manager Vernon West - Sales Manager Jason Pike - General Manager After I agreed on the price of a used vehicle, Orange Buick used every opportunity to increase its profit in ways that are unethical or harmful to the buyer: - Refused to take a check for the entire cost of the car - Mandated partial payment on a credit card, then charged a credit card surcharge -Added $899 dealer fee -Added $1,200 Global Appearance fee -Overcharged for registration and sales tax... then refused to refund the money After ALL of that, Orange Buick charged the following UNDISCLOSED FEES: $ 85.00 Consolidated Services of Indiana Fee 104.90 Courier Fees (FedEx & Services) 30.00 Temporary Registration Fees (2 Temp Plates) 95.00 ACH Electronic Filing Fee 300.00 Out-of-State Title Services DLR Fee

Great communication, every question was answered. No pressure tactics like other dealerships. Very impressed with Orange Buick! Chris the salesperson is superb! He followed p twice to be sure I am happy with my purchase. Finance Manager made is quick and easy to understand.

I ask a lot of questions, challenge any information that doesn?t make sense to me and expect honest, timely and transparent communication from the service provider. Latonya and the Orange Buick Service and Parts team exceeded my expectations! This was my first visit and happy that I have a trusted partner with my new-to-me Yukon XL.
