The professionalism, friendly staff and service were
The professionalism, friendly staff and service were exceptional and far above what I have experienced at other dealerships. There was no delay in getting my car in and discussing the problems with my service manager, David Castro. The woman in the lobby was so nice and friendly, again better than anyone I have dealt with at other dealerships. The lobby was beautiful and the coffee machine was fantastic! David kept me informed about the service of my car which I appreciated. And I really appreciated the loaner car- a Volvo model I had never driven before (a pleasure to drive, although I will still get an XC90 when the time comes).

This is our 6th car we purchased from Culver City Volvo; they are truly the best. There are not enough good words in the dictionary that can describe Tony and our experience with this dealership.

I contacted the dealership regarding a specific car.
I contacted the dealership regarding a specific car. It seemed like a great deal. We agreed on a price over the phone and I informed them it would take over 4 hours to get there via train and metro. While on the train, I was messaged that the vehicle had “wear and tear”. It was a used car and I have two kids so I told them normal wear and tear is fine. When I finally got to the dealership (4 hours later) the damage to the car was more significant! Literal small tears in the leather and side panels needed to be replaced. When we sat down to do paperwork, I found out that there were 2 previous owners and a recall was fixed the day before. When I voiced my concerns about the car history and condition, the manager just reminded me that the price was pre negotiated. The dealership clearly misrepresented the vehicle’s condition. Their online pictures are not accurate and manipulative. This dealership waisted my entire day. They cost me hundred of dollars in transportation cost and the cost for an entire day of childcare. I would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family.

I appreciate the service department professionalism.
I appreciate the service department professionalism. They addressed the 30k Mike service, replaced motor mount, fixed a tire puncture I think, rotated tires and gave a curtesy wash. All in a timely manner. Martin also addressed my concerns about the motor mount failing so soon- 6 years after purchasing it new. Apparently Volvo cars have this issue. I’ve owned previous cars for about 20 years each but never had that issue but they were not Volvo cars.
