En auto parts el servicio es pesimo.

En auto parts el servicio es pesimo. Nunca contestan el telefono, hasta para pedir una cita para que chequeen tu carro, tienes que ir hasta alla. Pero el mal servicio es en el de la OBT. En los demas si contestan el telefono. Lamentablemente los otros me quedan demasiado lejos.

Went yesterday on 6/20/24 for an oil change.

Went yesterday on 6/20/24 for an oil change. I have been a customer here since 2005. The customer service is non existent with the service advisors. The one who assisted me and I use the word “assisted” very loosely because I seemed to have been a bother. No customers were in the waiting area so it didn’t appear he was very busy. Although my oil change was very quick, I shouldn’t have to ask how my car is doing. The service advisor didn’t tell me anything and I had to ask the cashier who had to ask the service advisor about my car. The service advisor stated “I think you need rear brakes done next time”. It would have been nice if I was told that and I didn’t have to ask. Also, why do you keep the inspection/vehicle reports? You used to give them to the customers. I want to know what’s going on with my car. That’s the service advisors job to tell the customer. Do better! I’m not happy the customer service is going downhill…

This dealer is awful they show one price online and when

This dealer is awful they show one price online and when you get to the dealer they have a $7500 market adjustment added to the price of the vehicles. Bait and switch dealer I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

11-18 I made appointment for Airbag recall.

11-18 I made appointment for Airbag recall. I was given a 11-28 8:30 appointment and told it would take 1-2 hours to complete. I arrived at the sevice counter @ 8:05, 11-28. The tech told me it would be 5-6 hours before work would be done. I don't know how important your time is, but I know I am Not going to sit around for 5-6 hours when I was told it would take 1-2 hours. Needless to say, I will not be visiting Tropical Ford in the near future

So friendly.

So friendly. I had a problem after driving from Maryland to Orlando and needed service. Catherine who answered the phone was so kind and set me up to come in. She was so nice when I arrived. They did an excellent job, and I didn’t know what I had done was still under warranty. A very pleasant experience.

I paid for the WORKS on my 2017 Ford Fusion waited 1 hour

I paid for the WORKS on my 2017 Ford Fusion waited 1 hour and 48 minutes before the vehicle was taken in to the shop. 20 minutes later the vehicle was finished and I asked the man at the desk if the oil change and tire rotation was done and he advised me it was. I returned to my hotel room (20) miles away and noticed the brake dust on my front wheels STILL. I called the Quick Lane person I dealt with (Kat) and advised her what happened and had to drive another 20 miles back to the dealership to take care of what should have been done when I was there the first time. When I arrived Kat drove the vehicle to the back and handled my problem.

She took good care of me and I was impressed, along with the Hertz car rental employees within Tropical Ford. Very nice people as well, along with all the Tropical Ford employees. Fantastic service!

Fantastic service! Initially I came in around noon for an oil change. They suggested come back after 4:00 when there would be very little wait time. That’s what I did. Service was fast and efficient! Olga at the Cashier counter was so friendly and helped me with my Ford Pass app. The gentleman at the desk was great too but I can’t remember his name. Great lobby with free Wi-Fi and the TV wasn’t too loud. Wonderful experience!
