11-18 I made appointment for Airbag recall. I was given a 11-28 8:30 appointment and told it would take 1-2 hours to complete. I arrived at the sevice counter @ 8:05, 11-28. The tech told me it would be 5-6 hours before work would be done. I don't know how important your time is, but I know I am Not going to sit around for 5-6 hours when I was told it would take 1-2 hours. Needless to say, I will not be visiting Tropical Ford in the near future

So friendly.
So friendly. I had a problem after driving from Maryland to Orlando and needed service. Catherine who answered the phone was so kind and set me up to come in. She was so nice when I arrived. They did an excellent job, and I didn’t know what I had done was still under warranty. A very pleasant experience.

I paid for the WORKS on my 2017 Ford Fusion waited 1 hour
I paid for the WORKS on my 2017 Ford Fusion waited 1 hour and 48 minutes before the vehicle was taken in to the shop. 20 minutes later the vehicle was finished and I asked the man at the desk if the oil change and tire rotation was done and he advised me it was. I returned to my hotel room (20) miles away and noticed the brake dust on my front wheels STILL. I called the Quick Lane person I dealt with (Kat) and advised her what happened and had to drive another 20 miles back to the dealership to take care of what should have been done when I was there the first time. When I arrived Kat drove the vehicle to the back and handled my problem.

She took good care of me and I was impressed, along with the Hertz car rental employees within Tropical Ford. Very nice people as well, along with all the Tropical Ford employees. Fantastic service! Initially I came in around noon for an oil change. They suggested come back after 4:00 when there would be very little wait time. That’s what I did. Service was fast and efficient! Olga at the Cashier counter was so friendly and helped me with my Ford Pass app. The gentleman at the desk was great too but I can’t remember his name. Great lobby with free Wi-Fi and the TV wasn’t too loud. Wonderful experience!

I brought my car for oil change, I was second in line ,
I brought my car for oil change, I was second in line , my car went in for oil change at 7:15am, did not finish with it till 8:40am, all cars that came after me were done and gone, I complained to the front office and asked them to bring my car down as I want to leave, unfortunately my oil was drained and there is nothing they can do about it. Very poor service, I bring my car to your dealership because I have free oil change for life of the car, my other vehicles that I used to bring for oil change are now taken somewhere else. I bought 2 cars from your dealership and next month I am planning to buy a new car for me, unfortunately it will be with another dealership.

Thank you for your help. We were at Disney and we were having problems with our car. We called JJ and he told us to bring the car in. The service department checked the car for us and assured us we would be OK to drive back to Michigan. JJ even set us up with a loaner while we were there. Happy to let you know we made it back to Michigan with no problems. The car is scheduled for service in early June. Thanks again to JJ and Tropical Ford service department. Dennis and Rhonda Reeves
