Purchase a new car

After having a bad experience at a different car dealership the year before, I had quite looking for a car for some time. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Boniface Heirs Kia to test drive a couple cars when I spoke to Jim Monaghan. He made me feel comfortable from the first moment I meet him and was great in giving me the information about the different cars I was looking at. I went back 2 days later to make the purchase and again the process was smooth. I am very pleased with my new Kia Forte. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and made it a pleasurable experience.

Good experience - first time KIA owner

Been many years since bought a car but this was more pleasant than I thought it would be. My salesman, Butch, was easy to work with. He followed up from the first visit. Let me know when he would be in yet did not push me out of my comfort zone. The process was smooth and actually fun.

A brand new car for this hard working gal!

I went into Boniface on Thursday July 14th not expecting to but a brand new car but after meeting with my sales rep Sandi the experience took me a whole new level of customer service! I bought the 2016 Kia Forte and I absolutely LOVE IT!! The time I spent with Sandi wad awesome as well as Chase, the finance guy who had me sign my life away...!!! So many pages of paperwork! ! It was so worth the 5 hours I soent there at the dealership. Mike Brown the sales manager worked with my budget and helpef me obtain this new car! Thanks to ALL who took the time that day to get me a sleek...and reliable vehicle.

Review for 12 July 2016 maintenance

I was completely satisfied with the services performed on my Kia Soul. Further I was also satisfied with the service agent I spoke to . All my questions were answered and he also appeared extremely knowledgable about the overall Kia product. This is my fourth time I've taken my car to you and everyone I've been in contact with have been friendly knew there job extremely well. Yes I would be happy to recommend you to a friend and have done.
