Review on Boniface Hiers KIA in Melbourne, FL

On June 8th, 2017, I visited Boniface Hiers Kia in Melbourne to look at a new vehicle. Upon getting out of my car, I was greeted by a very nice and polite salesman named Romann M. I told him what two vehicles I was interested in looking at. He thoroughly explained each vehicle in depth answering all of my questions. He provided me the opportunity to test drive each vehicle. I ended up trading in my vehicle for a 2017 Kia Optima. Everything from the Sales Department though the Finance Department went smoothly. So far, the car is wonderful. I would definitely recommend buying from Boniface Hiers KIA.

Routine Service

I went in for a routine oil change, but they were having a special so I had the tires rotated for another $10. I had the usual great service-greeted quickly, polite and professional, in and out in less than an hour.

Knowledgeable,courteous honest service department

The crew at Boniface-Hiers have worked on my vehicles for years, as I own both a Mazda and a Kia. Yves, the service manager, knows his stuff, and is honest about what your vehicle needs versus what he suggests you might want to have done. I'm always 100 percent satisfied with the work they do.

My usual 5000 mile service. Prearranged and service was done expeditiously. I can't comment on the quality of repair. I assume everything was done correctly as the car seems to have appreciated the service which is usually the case

David,, your sales rep, was outstanding. He very friendly, helpful, patient, worked with sales manager to get a deal that was complete satisfactory to my wife and I. He spent a lot of time explaining the dashboard and steering wheel functions to me. The finance girl was very helpful, friendy, and efficient. Over all a pleasant experience.
