Great to deal with "tiger", always treats me like a VIP, I just purchased a Ram from you dealership on Merritt island. but before I did I asked if I could have it serviced at Kia in Melbourne because I like to deal with tiger. they said yes and I signed.

My car was being serviced.
The experience I had was great, I would recommend my friends and family to buy a KIA. I needed a ride to work as my car was being serviced they got me to work on time. They also picked me up from work to get my car.

The service dept is the good thing at this local
My buying process & the non care of service by the manager , the loan dept & the title dept was horrendous. My KIA was towed because they never transfered the license plate. I had to pay $300 to get it from the tow yard, out of my pocket. The service dept asked the manager to talk to me about their mess up & I've never heard from the manager. Then when I had to go to DMV, a couple weeks after my tow, they STILL hadn't changed my license plates over. I'm Very disappointed in Boniface Heirs KIA. I only go there for the service dept...those guys Rock and Are So nice.
