I am very happy with my service appointment.

I am very happy with my service appointment. Friendly courteous and professional staff! I love Bob Steele Chevrolet. I don?t want to go to any other dealership!

Horrible automated answering system.

Horrible automated answering system. Absolutely atrocious. Service advisor did excellent at keeping me informed and up to date on repair status. But if you had to call or get a hold of them their garbage answering system made it impossible, to no fault of the service advisor.. Perfect example of great employees battling poor management who will lose a dollar trying to save a dime.

I called in advance to make an appointment for my 60K mile service. Everyone, especially Ryan Conley, was very professional, polite and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Came in for one item and realized that there was another

Came in for one item and realized that there was another issue that needed to be addressed. Kelly identified the problem, got the warranty in play and the job was completed that day. Thank you to Kelly!!

Dealer website showed a 2024 Silverado High Country

Dealer website showed a 2024 Silverado High Country (demo) for sale. Stock: 240129 VIN: 1GCUDJELXRZ171488. When I enquired to buy this truck, I was told, "This truck isn't for sale, It belongs to the owner of the dealership. But, we have some brand new ones in route". I don't appreciate dishonest business practices like this. This is click bait false advertising. You tell Bob Steele he can keep his demo and all the rest of his vehicles too. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I always have a good experience at Bob Steele! Flood was my advisor & took good care of me. Always like to visit Leona at the front desk! She is delightful! And then there’s Debbie taking me home while they order parts … and Larry who picked me up! I cannot say enough about how pleasant & professional all of the staff is!! Thank you so very much!!

We purchased our Chevrolet Travers from Bob Steele and

We purchased our Chevrolet Travers from Bob Steele and take it there for service. I made and appointment for servive to have the wheel alignment for 9:00AM on May 31, 2024. We arrived at 8:45AM and was told it would take an hour or two. At noon I as if my vehicle was finished since I saw it parked near the garage. I was told they had not got to it yet. When I ask to speak to the service manage and I ask why we make an appointment I was told that was so we could meet service advisor. I would not recommend Bob Steele if you expect service advisors to communicate with you. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the service after the sale.at Bob Steele Chevrolet. I let management know in writing and have never heard one word! I directed my concern to Mr Olson by email.

I had an emergency (ran over something quite large) on

I had an emergency (ran over something quite large) on 95. I was alone and scared. The car was driving funny. Since I was right near Bob Steele (where I have been buying cars and repairing them since 1995), I felt relieved. I called ahead and asked if I could just pull in and make sure there was nothing hanging from the undercarriage or anything obvious. I would have left the car to be repaired next week. I did not ask for a repair. I was clearly upset. The male technician basically ignored me and the lady from the service department did her best to help. Even though it was ALMOST closing time, there were people present who could have helped a customer in distress. I won’t be doing business with them anymore and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I miss the old days when they cared about their customers.

Service was speedy, customer service very helpful and kept me informed. I have been a customer for four years and have always had great service.

The customer service was not good. Although the Service Rep was very courteous and professional, things went down-hill as the day progressed. Upon checking-in, the service rep said they would provide me a ride back home once their driver returned with an ETA of ~45 min. Over an hour later I inquired about a ride, and the rep said he forgot! Although the rep sent me a text msg shortly my arrival, stating I would be able to get updates from him, I texted and called several times during the course of 30-min before he finally responded. The process was for them to conduct a diagnosis and let me know what the fix entailed. I had a 9:00 appointment, but I left out the dealership over 3-hours later. After ordering the parts, the rep said they should be able to finish the work by COB. That didn't happen so he asked me to leave the vehicle overnight so they could put the quoted parts on the vehicle the next morning. By the way, the rep then told me that the technician informed him that there was additional work that must be done in additional to what he had originated stated! The vehicle was ready for pick-up after 12:30 the following day.
