Today I bought my third car from this dealer. The experience was great. No pushing, hard sales pitch, just good solid information. Al S. was great to work with. I come here to have all my maintenance done on my vehicles. The reason I use them is because of John N. As the service director you couldn't ask for a better person. He takes care of all of his customers and his training regime must be top notch because all of his service technicians follow his example. This is proven by Zoila L. Even though she is a cashier, she treats you like you are someone special. She will answer all of your question, greet you by name and if she doesn't have an answer she goes out of her way to get the answer for you. Her customer service is exceptional. I enjoy coming to talk with John and Zoila. If I am having a bad day their personalities always put me in a good mood. As a company, Toyota of Melbourne couldn't ask for a better group of people to have working for them. As long as I am treated like they treat me, I will continue to buy my cars and get all of my maintenance done here.
