Michael was a pleasure to work with.
Michael was a pleasure to work with. Even though the day we decided to test drive some cars was his day off. He just so happened to be delivering someone else's car that afternoon it was able to spend some time with my girlfriend and I. Michael got everything done for us that we asked and was able to work within our budget. He was honest and courteous the whole time. I highly recommend him.

Had a great experience through Toyota of Melbourne. I think my experience was good due to Micheal Durkin. I met Mike not through car sales, but something more personal. Only later finding out her worked as a salesman. I trusted him prior to buying a car, so when it came time to purchase a car that needed to be reliable I went through him. He was honest, not pushing cars that didn’t interest me. He was quick and straight forward. All things that are VERY HARD to find in car salesmen now a days. Great deal, great truck. Toyota was good, but really went there for the salesman Mike. 10/10.

**Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Sales
**Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Sales Tactics Undermine SmartPath** I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle through Toyota’s SmartPath system, hoping for a streamlined, no-hassle experience. Unfortunately, my local dealership did not deliver on that promise. Despite the advertised price being clearly listed online, I had difficulty obtaining a straightforward financing breakdown. Instead of providing the requested details, the salesperson redirected the conversation with unnecessary incentives like a "\$100 gift card just for coming in"—which felt more like a sales tactic than genuine assistance. I had already test-driven the vehicle and was simply looking to finalize information remotely. What made matters worse was the follow-up. I received additional emails from a different salesperson who was unprofessional and dismissive. Even after I asked to be removed from further communication, the emails continued. The entire experience reflected a lack of respect for the customer’s time and expectations. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent issue at this dealership over the years. I ultimately purchased my 2021 Sienna from a dealer in Stuart, FL—more than two hours away—because of their professionalism and transparency. Prior to that, I purchased a 2018 Corolla from a dealership in Vero Beach, which was also a positive experience. Because of repeated issues at the Melbourne location, I actively avoid taking my vehicles there—even for recall service. I prefer to drive farther for better treatment and peace of mind. This dealership could greatly benefit from improved management practices and customer-focused training. Until then, I would recommend exploring other Toyota dealerships in the region that value professionalism and clarity. Just tying to buy a car, that's all, but no, can't do that here, thank you. Our proven process of making friends first, investigating your needs and then recommending a solution has served us well since we first opened and will continue to be at the core of everything we do.. That has not been my experience, more like making you invest your time and holding your keys so you don't leave, oh boy I can't wait to get my Toyota, they kill the whole experience, Thanks Toyota of Melbourne, enjoy that morning meeting. Oh one more thing, usually the general managers name is proudly displayed at most Toyo dealers/websites, Im still looking for this gm's name somewhere to be displayed, I wonder why?

I would like to tell you how great my salesman, Roy Souza, of Toyota of Melbourne has been to me. I was in a situation to find a used car before my lease was up. I have always leased my cars with Roy but now it was time to purchase a used car. I used to live in Melbourne but moved to central Florida some time ago but always got the best deal with Roy. Just this past week, I drove a few hours to see a car that Roy found for me but when I got there, it wasn’t what I really liked. But Roy, knowing that I needed to find something, was able to get me a much better car for less money. Roy has always gone out of his way to satisfy his customers.
