Toyota of Melbourne

On my visit to Toyota of Melbourne Ben Murray helped me out a lot. He spent a lot of time with me answering questions. I didn't end up buying a car this time, but Ben was still very patient and polite with me regardless. Thank you for all your help Ben! I'll be back when the timing is better for me to buy a new car.

Will find a different dealer next time. Out the door bottom line price quoted jumped up in minutes by $3,260.00. Car also missing items.

Had an appointment with Pedro Rodriguez to buy a car. When we arrived we saw the car took a test drive I was really excited as I had been looking around for a while but once I see what I like I go for it and I did. I set an appointment for 5 pm and was on time .Long story short he walked away for a minute came back and said someone else was already in the process of buying ahead of us but I saw.thede people walk in after us. Don't trust a dealership or sales person who is shady.

I have tried dealing with them for over 10 years on various vehicles, everytime I do they shorted me on my trade in and over priced there vehicles with addendums. Ive always been able to negotiate a better deal else where at any of the near toyota dealerships sometimes saving close to 10k for a 40k vehicle. They have no integrity and wont give you fair trade for anything. I intentionally goto other dealers for service because there department always damages something during routine maintenance. If you have to get a toyota go somewhere else, they dont care, the service sucks and they dont even give a fair deal. Haha i hadnt dealt with them for years and the blocked my ip recently, so that gives you some insight on there ability to respect future and past customers. If you want to save money and frustration dont go here ever.

Complete satisfaction start to finish. We wanted a new Tacoma and Dakota made it happen. He found the perfect one for us and got it to Melbourne in half a day.
