Was connected with Sage online.

Was connected with Sage online. He was great to work with and quickly got me a great price without a lot of back and forth. When I thought there was a misunderstanding he explained the situation and apologized for my inconvenience was very professional. Mosses was outstanding and helped finish off the deal and a big part of why I would look to them for my next toyota.

Overpriced.

Overpriced. They sell options like pinstripe for $399-$599. With trade best they could do was $29,500 OTD for a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid. We went to Melbourne Toyota same MSRP $38,000+ and with trade got OTD for $24,500. That was a savings of $5,000 on the car. We have a Fico score of 846, they said due to high rates they could get 9.5-10.5% for financing. At Melbourne we got 5.29%, more appropriate for score.

I thought I had a deal on the telephone.

I thought I had a deal on the telephone. I got there and the deal changed after a week of phone calls. They finally honored the original deal. I’m very happy with the car.

They have exactly the vehicle I am looking for however,

They have exactly the vehicle I am looking for however, they are 3 hours away. So I sent them the VIN and pics of my trade vehicle to see if we might could work a deal or be close. No replies. Sad. I can’t really justify that length of trip to get low ball offer.
