BEWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR HERE!

BEWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR HERE!! I purchased a 2025 Bronco on Jan 22, trading in my Land Rover. As of Feb 20, THEY HAD YET TO PAY OFF TTHE Land Rover, causing my lender to call me and costing late fees. I called AUTONATION FORD MIAMI and was advised that it is typical to wait some time for a payoff (???? never happened at any other dealership), and they would payoff within the week. So now it is March 10, no payoff, 2ND PAYMENT DUE IN 4 DAYS!!!! Wrote corporate AUTONATION who as of now still investigating (whats to investigate??payoff my car!!). Good luck getting the financed departments at AUTONATION FORD MIAMI to answer the phone! I'm really concerned they stole the car, and am considering calling the police and my insurance company.

Compr� un coche en AutoNation Ford hace varios meses y mi

Compr� un coche en AutoNation Ford hace varios meses y mi experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante. El veh�culo empez� a tener problemas pr�cticamente desde el primer d�a. Como ten�a una garant�a de 3 meses, lo llev� al servicio para que lo revisaran. La primera vez que lo dej� en el taller lo tuvieron m�s de un mes, y despu�s de llamar en numerosas ocasiones para preguntar por el coche, la respuesta que recib�a era que no hab�an tenido tiempo de repararlo. Cuando finalmente me lo devolvieron, el problema por el que lo hab�a llevado segu�a sin estar solucionado. Tuve que volver a dejar el coche en el taller durante varias semanas m�s. Cuando me lo entregaron nuevamente, empec� a notar un ruido en los amortiguadores. Me aseguraron que hab�an cambiado los cuatro, pero el ruido segu�a ah�. Cuando volv� a llevarlo, tengo la impresi�n de que simplemente engrasaron los amortiguadores para que dejaran de sonar temporalmente, en lugar de hacer una reparaci�n real. Con el tiempo me di cuenta de que probablemente solo estaban intentando ganar tiempo hasta que se terminara la garant�a de 3 meses. Hoy, seis meses despu�s de la compra, tengo que cambiar los amortiguadores por mi cuenta porque hacen un ruido muy fuerte, exactamente el mismo problema por el que llev� el coche al segundo mes. Adem�s, durante el proceso descubr� que me hab�an a�adido una garant�a de 1 a�o por $3,000 que nunca me explicaron claramente. Afortunadamente, despu�s pude cancelarla y recuperar el dinero, pero fue otra experiencia muy desagradable. Escribo esta rese�a para que otros compradores tengan cuidado. Revisen muy bien todo lo que firman, lean cada documento y revisen bien el veh�culo antes de comprarlo. Tambi�n es importante saber que solo dan 3 d�as para devolver el coche y recuperar el dinero, algo de lo que yo me enter� cuando ya hab�a pasado ese plazo. Mi intenci�n no es solo expresar mi queja, sino tambi�n advertir a otros compradores para que no pasen por la misma situaci�n
