I came to AutoNation Ford dealership specifically because Mo Albalushi works there. I have bought my previous two cars from him at another dealership. This is my 3rd vehicle I've bought from Mo because of the excellent customer service I've received with him. I am very excited about my BMW X1 SUV that he had sent a picture of before I arrived! I usually do not like driving to Miami since it’s so far from Boca. I came out of my way to purchase my vehicle from Mo.

Truly the worst car buying experience ever. I inquired about a car advertised on Cars.com. The internet salesperson responded immediately. He did not tell me the car I was interested in did not exist. He had a salesperson call me who pushed to make an appt. I sent him written confirmation with the VIN and stock number to confirm that was the car I was coming to see. That's when he told me that car is "tied up in their loaner program and he couldn't it." He insisted he had other cars on the lot that were in the same price range. I explained I was coming with my daughter and this was a surprise as we were buying her first car. We looked at 3 cars that he swore were in the same price range. After my daughter fell in love, the number was no where near my range! It was over by 10k! Such a horrible bait and switch. And what a terrible thing to do to a young person who was so excited. Horrible business practices.
