The store in Miami delivered my vehicle to me in North
The store in Miami delivered my vehicle to me in North Florida. By the time I've driven at home it was evident the transmission had a glaring issue. One that it's obvious, they were aware of that chose to ignore and sold it anyhow. I mentioned this to the people I dealt with at the Miami location and they just said sorry to hear you're having troubles.

Unfortunately the truck I purchased had some mechanical
Unfortunately the truck I purchased had some mechanical issues but after some parts being replaced my problems seem to have been resolved . We will see how the repairs hold up.

The customer service is good, however FORD is not
The customer service is good, however FORD is not reliable when it comes down to getting services for recalls. they have you wait for pieces and service for safety hazards for months! I think it's a rip off of the company to get the pieces and sell them after people have waited for so long. people can wait days, weeks or months for recall to be serviced. unreliable, I would rather recommend going to another cr company that has cars with less recalls and don't have bad parts with no good service.

Customer service was impeccable.
Customer service was impeccable. I was treated with professionalism & curtesy. Everything I had asked for was completed . I was a little upset that my tires were not inflated to 35LBS. Service department must of forgotten.
