I had one of the best experience buying a car at Manhattan Toyota. It was quick and easy and the sales person was very thorough and took his time. He was also very nice and sincere which meant a lot since buying a car is very stressful. I will be coming back to purchase a car from this dealership.

Process was completely professional, all questions

Process was completely professional, all questions answered, including one's I didn't know to ask. Jonathan kept me up to date on the shipping and delivery of my car, and did a good job of introducing me to the key points needed to get a comfortable start to the features and electronics of the 2025 4 Runner.

Alex J Reyes I am a Veteran from 2008 Afghan (GWOT/OEF). I saw the plaque and display for Armed Forces inside the building. Thank you. Gustavo was THE only person to show any respect. Gustavo our sales person was doing everything he could to make this deal happen. I was ready, I was satisfied with the deal. I was with $29,000 check in hand ready to cash in for a new vehicle. Last step was finance. Finance guy Sang Lee (light skin, Asian features), don’t know if he’s a Veteran himself, was disrespectful and did not want to sell the 2025 Corolla Hatchback. For his own personal reason he refused to sell. Sang said, “I won’t stay here late, you either want it or not” in a disrespectful tone. I left the finance office after Sang having made everything awkward and uncomfortable making the excuse that his computer stop function and we could not proceed further. I was willing to apply for a new Loan from Toyota with my wife and me on the loan. Yet, Sang refused, made an excuse, and wasted my time and his co workers and his commission. When I told Gustavo what happened he was visibly upset, all his time and mine wasted. For what? Some small guy’s fragile ego. He should suffer consequences for his remarks at that time. I can tell Sang Lee isn’t concerned with his wealth. Sang Lee was unable and not willing to make the necessary adjustments to finalize a deal. He did care to make a profit. Bottom line.

Friendly. Easy to work with. Straightforward. Will go back again. Keith and Jonathan were great. I’ve been to Manhattan Beach Toyota years ago and had a different experience. Because of Keith, I will purchase from MB Toyota again.
