I bought my ‘06 4Runner new at the dealership back when.

I bought my ‘06 4Runner new at the dealership back when. Since then, I’ve mainly dealt with the service department. Cristian has been my service writer ever sense his arrival. He has always been welcoming, friendly, helpful and thorough. His co-worker, Carl, has always been a good backup if Cristian is off. This week the service manager stepped up and helped me to arrange appointment. He was very approachable and friendly.
