I had a great experience working with Jhon Castro in purchasing my new Acura ADX. Jhon’s knowledge about the vehicle helped me to make the decision to purchase the vehicle. Jhon was courteous and respectful.

🚨 Acura Pembroke Pines: They claim to be #1, but they’re
🚨 Acura Pembroke Pines: They claim to be #1, but they’re actually #1 SCAMMERS! 🚨 I’ve dealt with many car dealerships, but Acura Pembroke Pines is by far the most dishonest. They pride themselves on being "#1," and they certainly are—at least when it comes to bait-and-switch tactics and scamming customers. 🚩🤡 On Saturday, January 10th, I wasted a whole day after driving an hour to get there. I had finalized every single detail of a deal via WhatsApp with a salesman named Juan Diaz. He confirmed they had the exact car I wanted in stock and we had all the economic details in writing. When I arrived that Saturday, Juan suddenly "had another delivery" and dumped me on Pedro Godoy, a typical fast-talker who thought he could manipulate me into a terrible deal. 🗣️❌ Here is why they are "Number 1" at being dishonest: The Bait & Switch: They didn't even have the car we agreed on! They tried to force a car with white leather seats on me instead of the black interior I explicitly requested. No way I was accepting that. The Price Hike: The price we had already settled on suddenly increased by $4,716. 💸 The Trade-in Scam: Instead of giving me equity for my car, they tried to claim I HAD TO PAY THEM $1,982.26 just so they could "do me the favor" of taking it. Absolute insanity. 🤯 I had a witness with me, I’m not exaggerating one bit. I have photos of our WhatsApp conversation. I had the good sense to walk out immediately, and I’m happy to say I bought my car at a different dealership that actually has integrity. 🚗 Save your time, your money, and your sanity: STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! 🚫🙅♂️

Great selection of vehicles when you pull in!
Great selection of vehicles when you pull in! The dealership inside is organized and not as chaotic as other places. They also have a really awesome water machine - if you know, you know.

The dealership never has loaner cars.
The dealership never has loaner cars. Even though I’ve had issues that take longer than five hours to repair they keep telling me there are no cars. They also on multiple occasions have told me they’ll call me back on car availability and they never do it. The service from that dealership has gone down significantly!

Straightforward and not slimy.
Straightforward and not slimy. Clearly I paid more than I needed to (mostly for obviously overpriced dealer addons?) but I dont feel like anyone was trying to straight screw me over or upsell which is pretty good far as dealerships are concerned.
