First my pleasant salesman David Campbell, was a pleasure to deal with. He did not hassle me and force me to purchase any additional for my SUV. He was patient, stay in my budget range. I got the perfect SUV for me with his help. LADIES if you need a wonderful salesman that will handle you patiently, considerately. will understand your budget and not push you over. Go see David Campbell at Pines Acura. Secondly, I went in for an oil change, not feeling well. Wanted to go back home and not wait for the vehicle. My nice service technician Rayon was trying to get me a ride back home. But in the interim, he had my SUV taken care of so quickly. I ended up waiting just about an hour for completion. That was so much appreciated, being I was with my granddaughter and not feeling well. David saw me in the service waiting area and offered to drop me home too. He got my granddaughter a hamburger, made her relax to wait. The customer service at Pines Acura is "off the chain", the young people say. :-) Even the cashier had a smile for me, when I went to pay, such a pleasant staff. Please keep up the great work Pines Acura. Very satisfied customer

Pine Acura is awesome. Robert Gonzalez was great as my salesman for my first purchase there. The Salesman Manager Sam Nelson was great as well so was the Business Manager Jorge Ramirez. They treated me great and gave me the deal I was looking for and comfortable with. On a side note I did always go there for service on my MDX and Jean Louis is awesome. Check him out as a Service Advisor if you need service in your car.

The reason for 2 stars was because after discussing about
The reason for 2 stars was because after discussing about the car for 5 days, I told the dealership to please not waste my time on going over there, to make sure everything was good when I got there, because I lived two hours away. The manager, told me the car was inspected and everything was in tip top shape. When I got there not only was it not in tip top shape, but the car wouldn’t even crank. Tires were bald, oil was dirty, etc. wasted 8 hours of my Saturday. The reason they got 2 stars and not 1, was because days later everything got fixed and they drove the car to me so that I didn’t have to make the long drive again. At the end, I was happy with the car
