Had a computer glitch in my brand new TLX Told to come right in. They gave me a loaner and by 5 o'clock my car was ready. Quick service while I waited. Was in and out in about an hour. Service advisor who helped very nice and worked with me even though he wasn’t the one my appointment was with as that person was on vacation. Uncertain why website allows customers to book with someone who is out but thankfully Mr. Pinto was nice enough to help. I will say car wash isn’t great as their was dirt on fender when I brought it and after car wash as well. Cashier very friendly but didn’t catch her name. Would be a 5 star if it wasn’t for yet another mishap from online system and quality of car wash.

Mr Morales was very friendly and approachable, he took the time to answer all the questions and was very knowledgeable. Mr Torregroza went above and beyond during the process and was able to meet our expectations and kept us on budget. We would definitely recomend your dealership and look forward to many years of business relations, I am sure I will enjoy my new car.

Always treated like family by Jordan Ferber. Explains why some items need service. Provides options. Showroom is customer friendly. Support staff from personnel keeping the refreshments in stock to the car technicians are top notch.
